i didnt like that entrance though.... and the location of the dining room felt kind of weird.... i think there are much better layout houses around there

You got a million in vegas, dont' waste it on real estate. Vegas cannot continue to build as if it's any other town. It only exists due to gambling and sex. It's not a place to call home, it's a place to play and leave !!!!!!! Use your million to gamble, have fun and get out.

The city’s growth is driven by diverse industries, from tech to hospitality, making it one of the most vibrant housing markets in the country.
Real estate is one of the most proven and stable investments you can make, providing long-term financial security. Gambling, on the other hand, is built on odds that are rarely in your favor. I’d rather invest in something that builds wealth over time than take chances at a casino. Despite is origin story Vegas has become so much more.
