Isn't that the one with the wax included? If so, would it be good for say 2-step where you first correct with something that cuts more, then finish off with the TW?
Wilson, I am a driveway detailer and I have used the TW Hybrid Solution Polish/Wax, I find it amazing! I started using a Lake Country White pad, but it wouldn't remove a large deep scratch. So I removed the white pad, then I put on an Orange Pad, which worked better. I did remove the scratch into my clear coat. I used a Porter-Cable DA polisher, which worked well with this product. I am not a professional, but your car probably need some light sanding and or more aggressive compound? The TW Hybrid Solution products have worked well for me, which I started using about 8 months ago. Thank you for showing us this product...
Great video...I have just used this on my metallic black 2007 Golf. Like the Toyota my Golf has a lot of deep scratches, chips etc. The polish has removed minor marks and the car has never looked so glossy & clear. But the deeper scratches remain. As a weekend warrior this polish has worked for me. It is very forgiving and puts down a layer of protection as you polish, saving time. The car is old, this polish has given it a new lease of life! As a newbee to machine polishing it was a simple, and I learned a lot. Thanks again
This was the kind of information I was looking for regarding this new product by TW.. considering the level of Correction you did it would came out amazing.. if you step up with one more level of an aggressive pad and use mizuna two-in-one or three-in-one. Thinking you would have got 90% out. But again for a consumer-grade one step! TW knocked it out of the park. Good to to see the polisher did good on side panels. I know Scott from DPC would not agree LOL.
This is the best review of this product that I've seen on RUclips so far. I'm gonna try it myself on my mother's 2006 daily driver Corolla. I'll film my results
I recently polished my car using this product and like you stated it is a paint enhancement polish, albeit for the price a very decent one. However, it does work in full Sunlight and that I believe is the benefit in using it. It is very runny and that is the only thing I didn't like about it. Pairing it with the Ceramic Coating/Sealant yields better results.
Good video. I did buy a bottle, and I beleive you are spot on with the results it delivers. However, I don't think it's as easy to remove as other products and when the bottle is gone, I won't replace.
It probably did better than expected as a one step under the circumstances, probably due to the high performance polisher/pad combo as well. Just looking at this in the beginning, I would certainly have recommended a rotary compound as a first stage, then finishing with this. Depending on the hardness of the clear, might have come close to showroom condition, and made you a few extra bucks. I'd be very interested to know the performance and durability of the protection, as Turtle Wax gets little respect in my shop, but if it holds up, I would give it a try. Good honest vid, Thanks!
I am a huge fan of this product. I recommend it to my pals as a great all-rounder more as a cleaner wax/1&done'r. To that end, it is very versatile. A great base layer.
Great video man. A real world feedback. Agree with you that it deepen & enhanced the paint. I just did at total paint correction on my 2019 Renault Grand Scenic (hard clearcoat).... After all necessary paint prep I cut with Ultracut by Carpro with SPTA microfiber pads(2 times w/ 3-4 passes per panel), IPA then finish with this Turtle Hybrid Ceramic Polish w/ SPTA finishing foam pads(2 times w/ 3-4 passes per panel).... Lastly single coat with Turtle Hybrid Ceramic Spray Coating. It turn out amazing. Insane deep gloss effect w/ very hydrophobic properties. Thanks for the video brother. Keep it up.
If the paint was corrected, would a black pad and this product be a good topper? Trying to debate between Hydrosilex and the turtle wax ceramic polish wax?
So how aggressive is this polish? and how aggressive is that purple pad? I have the chemical guys polisher and I have the Orange, white and yellow pad. The orange being ligh medium, medium-light. And I like to use Turtle Wax 1 and done polish.
Maybe a pad with a bit more bite will get even better results? I remember in one of the turtle wax videos there was a guy stating a pad with higher cut will go after more defects, but leave less of the ceramic component behind and vice versa.
hope u r well luke….watching this makes me think that for it to be beneficial u have to make 2x more passes at 1/2the speed....if that is an accurate perception then it hurts u as a detailer from the time standpoint. Brian at Apex had a giveaway of the whole line and lo and behold I was fortunate to win. the lexus had been prepped a month or so when I won so I have used the sealer and wet wax...but not the polish. I appears it would be best to "polish" using sonax cut and finish or similar then use this as a finishing polish that lays down protection(in a primer sort of way) for your lsp...do u feel results would be signifcanly enhanced applying/using it this way. Your thoughts?? be well/be safe
Will be using a S P T A HEX PAD with a Rotary 7 inch polisher . Is the Orange color mid cut Pad the best for the Turtle Wax Hybrid polish ? Followed up after with the Black polishing Jeweling Pad for a showroom shine . Will apply the Turtle Wax Ceramic coat after the 24 hour cure time to seal protection Your opinion Thank you great video again .
Brian at Apex suggested to me the euro fibre 50 50 in conjunction with the ttw cer. polish on my maxshine da.only have one rear quarter on a black ram left to do.( got cold on me here in e tn,no garage).😲
Mmmm, not enough cut when using a machine and hard to remove when using it by hand and no fillers. I'm not sure if this is a good base for the HS Ceramic spray coating, what would you suggest?
Hey I wanted to ask. I want to wet sand and buff a freshly painted car, what polish and pad should I use after sanding. I plan to use a forced DA buffer
Ugh I forgot my name if you have to polish by hand I recommend a more agressive compound. Put all the effort on the hood because that alone is going to take a long time.
Matthew Kim yea that’s issue lol polishing takes so long for me but I only have a coupe it just is so much work for the day cuz some polish doesn’t come off easy
I,ve got 1 rear qrtr panel left to do,black ram.how does this stuff work temps around 50/55 degrees.? Got a bottle of Megs ult polish.they said above 60 degrees.have ttw hybrid on the whole truck except the hood, sealn shine.rear quarter just has ttw ice wax for protection..fairly easy to remove.no garage really want to finish the truck.
I’m looking for a sealant/wax spray that doesn’t attract dirt , I currently have a layer of turtle wax seal and shine but seems like it’s a dirt magnet any recommendations? Thanks in advance
Definitely enhanced the paintwork depth and gloss. Again it isn't marketed as a top tier compound or correction agent. One shouldn't assume it would do the same work as a dedicated compound. Would go very well after a full correction.
Great video, and you did really well giving a detailed explainatipn, something many of RUclipsr colleagues need to work on, again great job. From what I have been learning about this TW HS Polish and wax, is yes you have to slow your speed, I'm inferring because it's intended to be a consumer grade level product, I'm sure it's only a mater of time before it's on Auto Zone's and Walmart's, etc. shelves. So I have yet to see anyone compare to a similar consumer off the shelf product, I know it has SiO2 protection in the formula, so present day it may not be 100% posdible to do an apples to apples, though in terms of correction/enhancement capanilities possibly some sort of comparison can be made. Food for thought, maybe a possible test panel type video in your future, or discussion.
Think of it this way, yes you can but you are putting something more durable over a base that is not that durable. In almost anything. Your base or foundation has to be the strongest. I still want to know people's experience of ceramic wax on top of nufinish.
I’m gonna use this product this weekend on the old lady’s car but I’m compounding the car m105 m83 from megs then I’m gonna go over it with this to finish
I just started using Makita's 18V DA polisher. It's a beast. As with a lot of the newer, high-quality lithium ion tools, this is clearly the future. Power cords....BEGONE! No power outlet. No problem.
I just finished using this product this morning. This review matched my experience with this product. Other reviewers touted this product as a game changer. It's not. Great video.
Depends which Rupes you have. Some Rupes stall, it's a built in mechanism for protection on curves and body lines while gear driven or rotary machines will keep spinning creating hot spots. But the majority of all DA's stall on purpose.
You state FULL CORRECTION? LOL....All that work for about 50% less defects. There's still a *ton* of defects. Don't get me wrong, the paint looks better, but definitely not a full correction. I would cringe handing the car back to the owner like that. However, most owners have no clue what to look for.
Isn't that the one with the wax included? If so, would it be good for say 2-step where you first correct with something that cuts more, then finish off with the TW?

Would this product be good for oxidized paint?

Menzerna 3 in 1 has worked very good for my cars.
Gave up on the MaxShine polisher all ready huh?
This is the best review of this product that I've seen on RUclips so far. I'm gonna try it myself on my mother's 2006 daily driver Corolla. I'll film my results
Looks like the previous owner scrubbed down the car with sandpaper.
I recently polished my car using this product and like you stated it is a paint enhancement polish, albeit for the price a very decent one. Did you put the sealent befpre or after
Good video.

Thanks for your opinion I was going to buy this off Amazon but was hesitating since I have not seen to many reviews but this helped me out alot
Years ago you liked 3D purple foam pad. Do you still use those?
Awesome review! Thanks for your honest opinion.
Wilson , do you think i can use this product as a finishing polish in a 3 step correction????
I guess this polish is good to team up with rotary polisher and orange pad
Excellent Video Luke. I'm gonna try this out on my Red 2017 Cadillac XTS this spring. BTW, your hair has never looked better!
How is the water beading?
*I love it you call a spade a spade and this is exactly what it is.*
So how aggressive is this polish? and how aggressive is that purple pad? I have the chemical guys polisher and I have the Orange, white and yellow pad. The orange being ligh medium, medium-light. And I like to use Turtle Wax 1 and done polish.
Do we have to mask-off the plastic trim, front and rear lights, and rubber moldings.
Awesome review sir! How often do you recommend cleaning the pad? I’m going to be working on my black 13 Honda Accord in Crystal Black Pearl!
Maybe a pad with a bit more bite will get even better results? I remember in one of the turtle wax videos there was a guy stating a pad with higher cut will go after more defects, but leave less of the ceramic component behind and vice versa.
Product is pad dependent. Use the least aggressive pad on a small area and progress from there
Really? Good to know... so for more protection wax pad is the norm?
I used this and then topped with the spray 24 hours after and it holds up really well.
How do you clean stubborn dry bugs on car paint? Thank you.
I'm looking forward to a new video from you correcting the paint.
Just wanted to take advise about this. Would it be good enough for 2000 grid scratches. Thanks
What rpm did you use?
how about using more coarse pad?
Luke what product would you use on the car for the paint correction?
what happened to your site? what about detalingjunk.com? I must have missed something..?

Great review! So what AIO polish should you teach for too get a more "aggressive" collection +polish? Great work. Keep it up!
Mmmm, not enough cut when using a machine and hard to remove when using it by hand and no fillers.

Hey I wanted to ask. I want to wet sand and buff a freshly painted car, what polish and pad should I use after sanding. I plan to use a forced DA buffer
6months lasting?
Are we overlooking the fact that this is also a fairly useful wax/ceramic coat? And you get that "for free" from the polishing step?
Do you need to use a polisher or can you apply this by hand with a pad then buff it
You can do it by hand but it's hard and takes forever....

This product turtle ceramic polish& wax vs meguiars 3in1 wax , which do better ? I want to buy of one better... Give me good answer.. tq sir

Hey buddy you got a website with pricing for detailing?
Wow I need this my cars a 2005 Honda I need this I have just old age swirls and such gonna use this polish when it warms up
Same here bro. 06 Accord paint is a bit off.
I would use 3D One....
Seek Destroy I tried the black polish by turtle wax I believe it worked good just not great I really need a polisher not by hand takes so long
@@gsjourney3054 I understand. I used to do by hand. But I got myself a torq10fx and has made it easier for me.

I need help I need to remove smoke odor for a customer and I've never did it. Any tips thanks
Dissolve baking soda in water, spray in seat, let it dry. Vaccum, then use an extractor if needed.
Luke, sounds like that would be a good polish for a new car before laying down protection. What do you think?
I would just use a pure polish like M205, ultimate polish, M210 since you’re going to lay down your own protection anyways.
Always find good informations in this Channel. But non One Tells me if i can use ceramic spray coating over wax or no...
Yes you can.

Great video Luke👍🏼👍🏼
Great product. Not everyone wants a Barrett jackson show car as a daily.
Um the car is called a Toyota MR2. Oh but great video showing how well the TW worked and performed.
It’s a MR2 Spyder
Marcos Rodriguez Gonzalez I know. Calling it a Toyota Spyder by itself was weird
I’m gonna use this product this weekend on the old lady’s car but I’m compounding the car m105 m83 from megs then I’m gonna go over it with this to finish
Great Xmas gift
Very nice results
If you had to use a paste wax which would you choose
Amazing and thorough review!
Sweet ride

Dang that car has a lot of scratches.
Can this stuff leave halograms like compounds do?
I just started using Makita's 18V DA polisher. It's a beast. As with a lot of the newer, high-quality lithium ion tools, this is clearly the future. Power cords....BEGONE! No power outlet. No problem.
Polish those lights too
Really honest review thank you

Not bad for a car that the driver likes sliding across the paint Dukes Of Hazard style. Wait... Luke...Duke?
Hair cut and glasses make you look more professional
looks like the male owner of this girly car and his male lover wiped sandpaper on girly car
Waaay behind on this product review.

You said in an interview you didn't have a passion for detailing and you're just in it for the money..is this still true? No hate just wondering
I saw that interview too
Hills Auto Detailing I would say based on his enthusiasm he enjoys detailing, but maybe not as much as he originally did.
@@Thamac15 Good point
Hills Auto Detailing I saw this too...
Hills Auto Detailing Which video was that?
