Yeah walmart doesn't sell "some spices" i asked. They sent me to the aisle with 100 spices with actual names lol.
I think they just have it backwards sometimes because he's showing what he personally likes but accidentally formatted it as "spices" implying you can put whatever you want instead of specifying which things he likes.
It's ridiculously frustrating and makes me tune out imminently.
If you go to the seasoning section in a store you'll see Italian seasonings. The sweetness generated by the American cheese works very well with this. Also if you like pickles but not their texture you can add a teaspoon of relish and blend it all together to make a pretty sweet sauce with the ingredients already shown.
Bun mayo, burger Cheese, pickles, ketchup, onions, lettuce, mayo, bun,

You can buy pre-made sauce and shredded lettuce, so you really only have to slice onion while the patties cook.
There's nothing complicated about this mate. The most complicated part is putting a bowl over the burger(s) to melt the cheese, and that isn't even necessary
This is so basic man a burger aint hard to make anyways its just throwing some ingredients on top and sometimes you can choose to like sweat onions in red wine and port for some real sweet heaven but if you want it simple this is the way to go

Hi there,
If you do not mind me sharing; a well-planned, organic, unrefined and untempered with vegan diet (consuming edible raw plant foods where possible so as not to denature or destroy the life-forces and enzymatic activities beneficial to the human system. If disagreeing on this matter, please take some steamed carrots, plant them and see if they will grow; if not, it is because they are 'dead' plant food that cannot benefit one's 'living' cells) consisting of organic fruits, vegetables, legumes, nuts, seeds and whole grains is the best diet to provide mankind with ultimate health and longevity.
Regarding the whole protein concern for vegans is exaggerated from gathered information especially that there are 'high protein' plant food sources e.g nuts and legumes; People showing signs of deficiencies e.g those showing signs of anorexia, actually need plant food sources such as starchy carbohydrates that help with weight gain than protein.
I would encourage even if it means making small changes here and there as e.g processed meats (such as salted) are classified as carcinogenic to humans in Group 1, which is as bad as it can get, where as plant foods are classified as anti-cancer foods.
Please avoid factory produced meat alternatives whose chief ingredient can be 'soy' and may contain preservatives as well as additives (e.g vinegar, a corrosive agent). Food toxicity and nutrient deficiency (e.g white bread, white rice and white sugar) are a deadly combination as one is hindering the body's building materials needed to action healing whilst at the same time taxing the system with more toxic stuff, thus bringing about disease and possibly even an early death.

That burger looks like a masterpiece holy shit
Here's a simple recipe for a classic beef burger:
Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef (80% lean, 20% fat)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 hamburger buns
- Optional toppings: cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, ketchup, mustard
Instructions:
1. Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, and pepper. Mix well with your hands until everything is evenly distributed.
3. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each portion into a patty about 1/2 inch thick. Use your thumb to make a small indentation in the center of each patty (this helps the burger cook evenly and prevents it from puffing up in the middle).
4. Place the patties on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness (160°F for medium, 170°F for well done).
5. While the burgers are cooking, toast the hamburger buns on the grill for 1-2 minutes until lightly browned.
6. Assemble the burgers by placing each patty on a bun and adding your desired toppings. Serve immediately.
Enjoy your delicious homemade burgers!
