21 unbroken strict pull-ups is the most impressive thing here. Not many people are capable of that.
Lol what? There was a good 8-10 kips in there (from rep 11 on and you can easily see the difference from the 1st 10 vs the next 11 reps). They were not as pronounced as traditional kipping but ya not 21 strict
@@stevegaspar you don't know what you are saying. What kipping? we has just using some rebound on the bottom so that when the lats stretch you use that kinetic energy to bring you back up. It is like rebouncing from a bottom of a squat

Barefoot The way the good Lord intended. Our Lord and Savior, after all , also did fran without his sandels.

22 is the number of the count and the number of the count shall be 22. no more, no less

Detecting a pretty significant pull to the right on those pullups, which makes the 21 unbroken even harder to do. You could shave off some time if you worked on that imbalance.

Good Job Batman, 21 pull ups straight was great, but maybe breaking it up in 2 sets would have kept you stronger for the last 5 and you did slightly use hip and some minor kipping. But Great Work! 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻

Guy at my Gym did a 24 hour Murph at 60 years of age and 48 hour Murph at 65 years of age, Beast, Have no barriers. Crossfit changes lives...well...as long as you are black and have pronouns at HQ!

oh Andrew, regarding media..... when my mate did the 24 hour Murph 6 years ago Crossfit Journal did a great RUclips video on it (search and check)......in 2022 when he did the 48 hour murph for cancer charities and HQ media were emailed about it for some support..........ZERO RESPONSE.......Silence says it all. Then again Sporty B did say our gym was Toxic so maybe thats why HQ ignored it......😉

No rep on the pull ups if your going strict none of that over extend my neck head tilt. Chest to the bar or full contraction of scrap and lats based on build. Still good effort.

@@hillerfit there are standards sir, standards! I need two foot landings and hips locked out at the top! By the way all my Frans were strict back in my CrossFit days. Late to the party and it's hard to just walk in and learn butterfly pull ups on your late 30s. Eventually I could but never kipping strangely.

Could people lift barefoot in your affiliate? It seems to be gaining in popularity now: People squatting and deadlifting barefoot.
On deadlift day I would say yes. For metcons generally no. I just didn;t happen to be wearing shoes
Sorry - you've done this wrong. We all know that crossfit standards mandate a single camera, from the far side of the room, from ground level, blurry focus, with people occasionally walking in front of it, and the final 30 seconds truncated where the athlete then says "Trust me, I finished"...
So yeah, its a DQ :-)
