Loved this workout when I saw this yesterday. This is the classic CrossFit that I like programming.... Looks simple, fun to mentally "game" it, but ultimately super challenging

Gave the ring skull crushers a go - 4x12. Holy f**k. I did these about 3 days ago and I'm still feeling it. As someone who struggles with triceps strength these will be finding a regular cadence in my weekly routine. More vids on accessory work?? Super helpful brotha - thank you!
I am curious why you guys are supporting the open so much now. I think the reason why you won't say is because you are still trying to come up with a good excuse as to why you didn't support it before. Ring skull crushers are great. Also make sure your hands go behind your head which Hiller did every rep. On normal skull crushers you usually don't do that range of motion because you stop when your hands get to your forehead. If you don't have rings you can use a barbell on the rig too.
I like to do burpees the hard way as they get you fit. I realise there’s technique to doing an efficient burpee in competition. But if you are doing burpees to get fit, I prefer the floor to sky jump. Where you lay flat on the floor with your arms extended out in front of you. From there, get up as fast as you can before jumping as high as you can - with your arms reaching out above your head. From there, straight back to laying flat on the floor. And repeat. It’s like a mega burpee. Make it as hard as possible to get fit…
I've completed but not signed up for the open in about 9 years. Does signing up support affiliates? I'm considering this year but don't see the point... I want to support my local community
I was doing those shitty burpees, wouldn't extend the hips at the top, until my coach recorded me and posted it on Instagram saying look at this guys mini burpees. Never did them again ahah

Haven’t looked at Mai site in a while, but did because of this video. Looks like it has gone Thursday/Sunday rest days.
