Raw footage of the Santa Monica protests/looting on May 31st. I urge you to watch the video to the end. Things escalated way too quickly. A separate group of "organized" looters and hoodlums were running around breaking and entering businesses during the protests.
Although you don't see it in the video, right after they managed to open up the ATM, someone smacked my camera down. When I went down to pick it up, the attacker sucker punched me in the face and ran off. A passerby and a friend helped me get up and told me the attacker was randomly hitting people with cameras. It is what it is, the vlog continued albeit with a sore jaw!
