Huge thumbs up Mani. My first package of go fast bits from your website arrive tomorrow for my M1000RR. Can you check if the LED Roundels you sell work, connect up, with the 2023 M1000RR? I was looking at my carbon fairing and the roundel looks like it might be different with how they place it in the fairing.
Great bike. I’m curious about if the electronics are intrusive just like BMW cars? On my M cars, there’s always a check engine light/limp home mode whenever I drive hard etc. I’d have to either pull over and start and stop or reset the DME with my android phone while driving. Is this an issue with the bike?
Why didn't they put a carbon belly pan that covers the whole underside of the bike? I think that would be better looks wise, like they did it back on the hp4 Competition.
Beautiful bike but my personal opinion the R1M is better looking sounds better with the right parts and tuning better all around especially maintenance cost as well great video
Looks are subjective...But most people agree that Yamaha and Ducati make the most good-looking bikes...Yamaha is the only Japanese manufacturers who can compete against Ducati in terms of styling...
You can extend it to 600 miles if you want, the first service is actually not a set number by BMW either, it is an interval between certain miles. 311...746 miles (500...1200 km)
Love this machine, it looks incredible but, there is a funny sound that I can’t figure out, is it the engine or the exhaust? It’s like a clicking sound 😮
@@Motomillion yeah me either. But it would be cool/ criminal too see a slammed and stretched R1M. A hypermotard would be a nice build. KTM superduke is as well
@@Motomillion it would also be cool to do a KTM 690 build and giveaway. I'm not just saying that because I own one and it's ******* amazing. But because the market is controlled by euro brands. Bringing attention, parts availability. Etc ETC could spark one of the BIG 4 to make a competitive supermoto. I'm lost as to why Yamaha hasn't. They have two engines in house that are usable (raptor 700/CP2). All they need is a name for it. And that could compete with the KTM SMCR - which has 0 competition
@AlexDahlZ I had a new 2018. 2022 and now a 2023 s1000rr. It's 1000km here. The tft screen even says it and there is a screen that says how many km's you still need to ride for the first service.
@@stefankrol4034 My M1000R says 1000km too, however if you check the manual it will say 500-1200 km. At least it does for my bike. The dealer can remove the limiter like Mani did at 500, you should only do that if the bike has had tons of heat cycles and has been ridden in "properly".
@AlexDahlZ page 277 indeed says 500 to 1200. Bike says 1000. You can remove the limiter at 0km if you want. Haven't done that obviously because of warranty. But it can be done.
Off topic question. Can we get an adapter for Brentune Handheld, like the GS911. I have 2 BMWs with different ports. I m thinking of getting them Brentuned. Since I live in Pakistan, I can't order parts easily. So please if you see my comment, help me out. Love your videos as always. Bike Porn as I tell you 😉
Next video we are going to the dyno for baseline power numbers!
What are your horsepower predictions?? 👇
205 at the crank & 190 at the wheel - which is amazing considreing its immediate rivals have 1077 ,1099 (rvs4's) 1299 (v4 panigales) displacements
The best quality motorcycle content on RUclips.
Thank you!
Another great detailed video! Can’t wait to see how this one turns out. My guess is that it will put down 193hp stock.
I am leaning under 190hp, let's see. It will be predictions time on next video!
One day I’ll own this bike.. fingers crossed.
Make it happen' capn'!
Dont cross your fingers. Just put in the work and make it happen brother 💪🏾.
Awesome finally
You will be happy to see what is to come!
Lots of people use the short filter with aftermarket headers, easier to get it off.
That is what Zak told us!
Great video👍. I look forward to the next one.
More to come! Thank you!
Love these videos, I do all my servicing too 👍🙂
Right on! More to come!

Thank you! They will not work, as the roundels are epoxy glued onto the carbon fairings on the M1000RR. Really appreciate the support.
The stock can has a very unique sound. Arrow headers with stock akra can maybe the new trend 👀. Depending on power curve.
We are all waiting to see!

Not that we know of. They've had their fair share of mechanical problems over the years though, which was fixed through recalls and tsb's.
We're going to need this project done ASAP! 🤤🤤🤤😂
Me too!

The cat and the muffler box gets pretty hot, that's why they leave it uncovered.
You can get a belly pan from ilmberger carbon! That's where I got the belly pan for the M1000R. Looks sooo much better with it on.
Beautiful bike but my personal opinion the R1M is better looking sounds better with the right parts and tuning better all around especially maintenance cost as well great video
You need to do more to the R1M to get it to the M1000RR's level.

Fair enough!
Mannie I’m looking for a after market fuel cap for Suzuki bking . Unfortunately not the same as busa
Email us some pictures of your stock fuel cap, we can see if there is something we think would be a fit.
Damn man , I'd love to get a job with you
Keep your eyes and ears open!
Will removing the redline limit yourself void the warranty?
No.
I think that has subsequently proven to be yes I will.
If this bike put oz magnesium wheel that must be cool
Yes, definitely will be cool. Patiently waiting on the delivery of them.
Why do yall never do the recommend 1000km/600miles for the first service?
You can extend it to 600 miles if you want, the first service is actually not a set number by BMW either, it is an interval between certain miles.
311...746 miles
(500...1200 km)
Hey Manni,
Which insta 360 motorcycle clamp are you using for this m1000rr?
They are led lightbar brackets for off road trucks.
Love this machine, it looks incredible but, there is a funny sound that I can’t figure out, is it the engine or the exhaust? It’s like a clicking sound 😮
Maybe it i both? :D
what 360 mount is that the clips you got on the bike?
It is an offroad led light bracket.
I wanna see another build. Like....a roll racing R1M/v4. or a hypermotard 🔥that would be dope
Unfortunately roll racing isn’t exactly our area of interest. Hypermotard could definitely be fun.

If I do my the first service myself on the s1000rr and put the by moto tune would that void my warranty?
Let the dealer do your first service.
here it`s 1000km for the first service.
BMW's break-in period is 500-1200 km. It's in the manual. Most dealerships will want you to get first service done around 800-1200km.

Each handheld works on one bike. You can’t use the handheld on multiple bikes.
@@Motomillion Oh, Got it. Thank you for replying ❤️
