Stephanie is great overall, but somehow I have yet to go "Wow" with her. I think her dancing has always been on point, and her singing and acting are good but not yet outstanding. The judges must see more than I do, because they praise her very highly, but her performances aren't my cup of tea.
Stephanie played save throughout the whole competition, she hasn't wow me yet or being stand out but she's the only one with pretty good stable vocals left now, both Esme and Stevie got unstable vocals shaky and pitchy depends on the song choice but Stevie is good performer, she and Stephanie might be in the final.
Poor Marcellus has had the WORST songs the whole competition. It's hard to shine when you are given those. This one finally allowed him some room. Stephanie was given the melody for basically the entire song, which means that Marcellus was in a supporting harmony role. Again a bit of a tough break. I feel like the judges have got it in their head that he is shaky vocally - but a lot of that is still carry-over from when he was sick. A bit sad that they can't see beyond their own narrative. Mazz who is seeing him for the first time didn't want to contradict the others, but you can tell she was more willing him to praise him. I like Stephanie, I do, and she can sing - not going to deny that. But I don't feel like she as strong as some of the others. She has had some pretty pitchy songs in past episodes, but oddly was never called out on them.
@@lizrudkin6565 watching Stephanie's duet with all the guys she choosed so different key like she took far from the original note that more suitable for her voice which make the guys struggle to harmonize vocally and meet in between, almost like sing on battle round on The Voice.
stephanie would 100% be my pick for sophie, she can sing act dance & think she could do eight shows a week! she also gives me very sophie vibes!!
