I am a widow and an entrepreneur raising two children and supporting my own mother. For the past 6 years, I’ve learned how important it is for me to stay present in the moment especially during the pandemic and economic recession. It’s difficult to not let my mind get sidetracked so I try to keep up with my health by balancing my body, mind and soul. I’ve been through a lot as I’m sure many have. Three years of depression, my husband unexpectedly passing due to heart attack; only four years before father due to covid-19, the stress of the pandemic, menopause and health issues. I’ve had many sleepless nights with anxiety and depression. Getting so low that I collapsed in the pressure of it all. Many struggles and that’s why I have been listening to healing musics. I practice breathing and Qigong immediately after I wake up so I can get myself the right frame of mind. I also practice mindfulness throughout the day, at home, at work and everywhere I go to remind myself to be mindful. May you be able to heal yourself and cultivating inner peace 💚
