I am so grateful I came across your channel. I hit a wall with depression and anxiety again recently. I looked up positive affirmations and one of your videos came up first. I’ve been listening for 7 nights now and have been gifted money on 3 separate occasions, can feel myself looking for what’s right, starting to breathe a little deeper and realize I am not holding my breath so often after living in fight or flight for so long. When I start thinking about what’s wrong I stop and change my self talk. Your voice is so healing. I listen to much of it and fall asleep to it, asking for the words to become mine. I will continue this straight for 30 days, and beyond. It is time once and for all to change the trauma patterns. Thank you so much for doing this. You are helping me heal. I have a long way to go, but everything is working out for me 💜🙏🏼 I sent a thanks, not much, but I did what I could.

I turned 37 on Monday and have had a life filled with a lot of pain, some that I was a victim to, and some self inflicted with bad choices. I have also had beautiful moments and felt incredible love. I am a mother to 4 beautiful girls , my oldest will be 12 next month and my youngest will be 2 next month. Then I have a 4 year old and an almost 11 year old. My mental health hasn’t been so great and I want to be the best me I can be for my girls. I always am thinking of them. I love them so much it hurts. Tonight is my 8th night of listening, I look forward to it, I feel it with me all day long. I know it’ll take some time to undo the programming I’ve felt and spoken for a lifetime but after 8 nights I already feel such a shift. Listening to you is like listening to someone I know very well. These meditations are powerful and you are making a difference. I love you too, and thank you for your service to those of us who need healing ❤️🩹 🥹🙏🏼

Words are powerful, is my resistence to music self sabatoge?
No, not at all, my love. It is totally natural for some people to get easily distracted by the music or for it to simply annoy them. Others find music helps to relax their mind and calm them down so they are more open to receiving the words. Different people need different things. I am building an app called In2Bliss. My fingers are crossed it will be launching in late August. Within this, you will have all my content (as well as regular exclusive content) that you can personalize. You can adjust the voice-to-music balance and take the music out of everything if you wish. You can change the music to something you like better. You can turn a sleep-reprogramming track into a morning inspiration by changing the music and length. It will be perfect for you to make each session just as you prefer it to be. Yeah, I know. Did it done it been there. It’s okay. I am works well cause we take responsibility for our actions. Relying on some mystical source leaves me empty. We need to take actions. If you believe in a god they say when you pray. Move your feet. Life can suck and we have to rise above it. WE have to rise above The God thing is a fantasy. The positive approach is healthy and powerful. Who would you want to be around?
