The music world & it's listeners were blown away with EST group music . Esbjörn was a fantastic keyboard player, composer and bandleaderand was taken tragically from us too early. His band memebers and friends honour him here beautifully in this tribute with some of his best compositions of course made possible with Dan & Magnus and friends I have everything I can find recorded by EST including bootlegs and continue to cherish the music .Thank you Esbjörn R.I.P.

I also had tickets to see E.S.T. in a small arts theatre for June, 2008 in Toronto. So I'm lying in bed listening to JAZZ.fm91.1 when the radio host interrupted programming to announce that Esbjorn Svensson had just died from a diving accident. I thought it must have been a bad dream , this coming just about a week before the concert! This was one of my regrets in life, having denied seeing E.S.T. due to this tragedy. R.I.P, you special talent.

Another tribute? Again? Is there nothing new and more important out there? Actually, no, there isn't! I cannot tell you how much I miss Esbjörn and the trio since he vanished. Awesome concert, awesome music (as usual) and also awesome musicians. Thanks a lot for carrying the torch further... On a sidenote: the current trio with Joel Lyssarides plus Ulf Wakenius might be the best Jazz quartett globally at the moment, at least at the moment of the recording. Seven days of falling was sensational...
The LEGEND Johnny cash.. He might be Gone but his music lives on.. He will always be remembered as One of the Greatest Musicians.. 10/10 for putting this video together for people to enjoy 👍
oh yes, Magnus almost alludes to playing Behind the Yashmak with Pat Metheny, which he remembered correctly from JazzBaltica 2003. Amazing performance there as well
