I live on my Aeron Chair, like 10-15 hours a day. Everything that people hate about the Aeron I love it. I'm like 50% of the time on the forward tilt position, so it's always activated on my chair. That "restriction" on the chair is amazing to keep the comfort going for hours. It's not a chair that's for everyone that's for sure, but if it's for you, it's the best you can get.
Good review but from someone who sat in size B and C aeron back to back, I would say that his body is kind of like mine : between a size B and size C aeron, so this must have a lot to do on why he is not fond of the seat. If you also are between sizes, you should probably go for the higher one and buy something to lift your feet up if needed.
I would also like that. I bought the Aeron a week ago and love it but I think it would be very nice for buyers to be able to make a better decision based on your videos as to which Herman Miller chair they should buy if they can't sit-test it. I feel you should also point out that the Herman Miller staff will gladly help you pick the best chair for you on their Live Chat system. That's how I pulled the trigger versus the Humanscale chairs, which all look more or less the same and have almost no informative reviews online.
The problem with using Herman Miller staff is most don't actually know the real differences between their chairs and competitors. As most have not had the opportunity to sit in other brands -GK

Hello, I'm interested in the Sayl Chair. I was wondering what the height difference is between the top of the seat and the top of the arm rests (with the arm rests at the lowest setting). If you could let me know that would be great! thanks :)
I've had the gaming embody for about a year now and just can't find a good position. The biggest problem I'm having the seat just has not been comfortable, I start to have pain under my thighs. Almost feel it needs more padding, have y'all heard that complaint before? Been really debating whether to try the Sayl out or not..
I would like to know about the durability of the arm rests on those chairs. I`ve only had regular office depot kind of chairs and I tend to destroy their arm rests over time
All Herman Miller chairs have 12 years warranty, however I assume one thing is you 'destroy' them or it gets worn out over time. I've seen used HM chairs 15 years old with their arm rests still in place
@@freedonx Well, I didn’t mean to say I destroy them on purpose or because of negligence. I am not a native english speaker. What I tried to say was that the arm rests end up in really bad condition due to normal use. Anyway, I ended up buying a cosm chair. We’ll see how long it lasts
@@TVadicto100 did you try it out before buying it? also did you try other HM chairs as well? Consider if you bouught it from HM directly there was a return policy, however only for a few daysl

Sayl is night and day better than an Amia.

Did you buy before Feb 2021? They added padding to it around then so I’m guessing it was a common issue
@@landonlouthian5884 Bought in May 2021 and from what I've been told by multiple HM associates, they only changed the regular embody.

As of my comment, the difference is now about $130 and not worth it. They aren't as good as Sayl
