  • Pole invert conditioning exercises. The ten pole dance conditioning exercises in this video will help you to get upside down more easily as you learn to invert during your pole dance classes. If you already know how to invert on the pole, these exercises will help you to feel stronger getting upside down and staying inverted while you learn new pole tricks.

    Last time I did this I got to about the 7 minute mark, now closer to the end with the variations! Thank you! It's honestly just been about 2 years since I have been to a class, just got my pole set back up and excited to start on my pole journey again, even if I am close to being back to the beginning.

    Thankyou for this. I can invert but only while im standing next to the pole. I want to be able to invert from other moves. I will have to try these.

      This has definitely helped me feel more confident with inverting. These are great conditioning workouts! I have my invert with the pole on my left side, but not on my right without hooking my foot on the pole. It's still scary to do, so this will definitely help me get more confident with them, and to be stronger and more controlled!! We'll see how much I ache tomorrow but I'm keen to do this again. Thanks!! Xx

    Hello from Mexico! My pole is very very …. Very slippery 😢 and cant hang on It to to the legs up exercise, some advice?? THANKS! Love your vids ❤

      Oh no! Are your hands sliding or are your arms lengthening? If your pole is new it can be slippery at first, but giving it a good clean can help. Different poles need different cleaning solutions so it’s worth having a look at instructions for your pole 😀

      Thank you! Knee tucks are tough but they do get easier… you can also try and do small lifts rather than full tucks to get you started 💪🏼

    Really hard that converts i cant do lift my body up into the pole...

      It does take a while (or at least did for me!) If you start working on your knee tuck that will really help you get ready for your inverts 😀

      Hopefully it’s just a slippy day 🤞 I wash my hands a lot on slippy days and use a really good micro fibre cloth too... I hope that helps!
