Honestly I feel the casual player experiences is not well for this game it haves to many strafe bunny hopping sweat with snipers etc feels like all the cod sweats switch games into this one but it was fun for the first week sweat players ruined it for me unless they make some changes

I use to really enjoy this game. Now it's trash. Not because of the game but the community. I can't get into a single game without being 1 shotted across the map non-stop. Sometimes I can't even leave the spawn. I don't care if I get quick scooped because that actually takes skill. When i'm facing an entire team doing nothing but hard scooping spawn. It takes all the fun out of it.
Then why do stay in those kind of lobbies you can always leave mid game not that hard and search for a different lobby And maybe get better at the game instead of complaining about it

It seems like most of the time I say anything positive about Xdefiant on the actual reddit for the game I get down voted like crazy. Even when I acknowledge the issues in the same post. It makes me feel like I'm posting on a cod subreddit rather than the one for xdefiant.
My main problem with the game is the matchmaking. Its quite literally the most 1 sided matchmaking ive ever had the misfortune to play. Literally 98% of my matches are "joe shmoe animals VS MLG DEMON GOD SWEAT FIENDS" And im usually on the joe shmoes team fighting for my life like its nazi zombies while the other team rushes me down like im a quarter back in football. If they fix the matchmaking to where atleast both teams are sweaty (or actually lets it be randomized) itll be perfect. As it is right now? Its the most consistently bad matchmaking EVER no competition.
This is what happens on free to play games people who are playing in a party of three or more are going to dominate majority of lobbies... They need to make it so solo players only play against parties of 2 max, even if the queue time is a bit longer or have that as an option... Playing with no microphone randoms against 4 lvl 150+ TTVs isn't the most fun experience and basically forces you to camp unless you want to run into a one versus 4 gunfight all match
JB the reason why some people myself included having an issue with how you covering Xdefiant is because you act like a shill, your coverage of xdefiant is very different compared to your coverage of cod, when cod fucks up you don’t hold back, you grilling them to “well done” state, meanwhile when xdefiant fucks up your criticism is noticeably more lightweight, sometimes you throw an excuses, you almost never do this with cod, you are more willing to give Ubisoft benefit of the doubt. This game is so much fun. I don’t even rage at it like I did with COD. The only time I get frustrated his with Hit reg and dying around corners. XD has major issues and they seem to be moving hella slow to fix said issues yet even still its way more enjoyable than COD, although i still can not fathom why they dont remove the Spiderbot, ive never seen 1 person say, yeah i love the Spiderbot. If they remove that and fix all the issues, this game could be a solid 9/10

I've been really enjoying this game and have completely stopped playing COD. Recently, though, I've noticed something strange happening. I'll play a few matches from start to finish (I never back out of games), but after a while, I start getting thrown into matches that are already in progress or almost finished, and I'm always placed on the losing team by a large margin. I play out the match, but then I keep getting placed into already-started games, and it's always on the losing team. I don't understand why this keeps happening, but it's really annoying.

@@christiandeville17 I addressed all the issues with this game. The difference is I don’t spam videos every day about them, I can pick out each and every video where I addressed the netcode, hitreg, faction problems, balancing issues, etc.
The game is definitely flawed 100% but I see a lot of overexaggerating of issues. Yes the game has hit detection issues for sure but this isn't the worst netcode in the history of multiplayer FPS games like some people are claiming. I also think a lot of people are acting like having an average K/D means they are getting constantly pubstomped.

I'm 55 years old and only get to play an hour or so a night and I'm loving xdefiant and I'll have some bad some good and some great games and they are all so much fun regardless of my score
I played alpha, beta, stress test, preseason. 200h played. I like this game very much, unfortunately I stopped playing after S1 update. Its by far the most bugged mess its ever been. I cant enjoy it atm, untill its fixed. Bugged abilities, bugged grenades, spiderbot even more annoying, crashes on high end PC (ryzen 7800x3d and 4090), bugged profile stats, netcode worse than before (for me at least - Telekom provider, eu, 1 gbps optics). Bugged twitch drops (did not get single one claimed item since S1). Team balancing also feels worse, more often than before it puts all good vs all bad. I wont talk shit to anybody for enjoying any game, but S1 for me is such a major L I cant force myself to play while I played 3-6 hours daily before. Just doing some FF 14 Dawntrail story and chill untill its fixed to at least previous state.
I want to like this game but its hard. Bugged grenades, bugged abilities, spiderbot even more annoying, bugged stats, crashes all the time, almost overheating CPU team balancing feels worse, netcode feels worse. Ranked dont have placament matches and that make game so ubalance, games starts without full lobbies, there is no faction limit, there is no IBMM so i dont know man but if i am objection only good thing that this game have now is no SBMM

I like Xdefiant and its concept, i hate the fact they released it before it was ready, i hate that they let people spend money on a battlepass on release and did not allow people to complete it(mainly the casual player) i didn't get to halfway and wasted my money. I do get annoyed playing XDefiant Spider bot,Dying behind the corner,snipers 1 shot you back,when you unload half a magazine,BUT game is still Fun and I will probably still be playing till Battlefield 2025.
Here is some advice when you have Elite movement you won't get sniped there should be no time you aren't jump sliding around the map same as Cod. I only get sniped against goat snipers or I just didn't know there was one in my game

I knowledge that Xdefiant has it's problems. The difference to COD is that COD has had years to fix their issues but hasn't done it. Xdefiant has just released and they still have hope to make the game better all the time. I've also enjoyed COD but Xdefiant is a game where I have fun and notice when I get better.

In recent years they've had a massive tone shift. XD started as it is. Lighthearted, casual fun. And while I agree it's not ideal to market microtransactions when you're game has issues, the fact is everyone does it. The outrage just seems to be amplified with XD. Regardless, marketing and dev are two different teams. At least the devs have acknowledged the issues and that they are working on fixes. Of the three CoD teams only Sledgehammer comes close to this much community interaction

They need to make it so solo players only play against parties of 2 max, even if the queue time is a bit longer or have that as an option... Playing with no microphone randoms against 4 lvl 150+ TTVs isn't the most fun experience and basically forces you to camp unless you want to run into a one versus 4 gunfight all match
JB the reason why some people myself included having an issue with how you covering Xdefiant is because you act like a shill, your coverage of xdefiant is very different compared to your coverage of cod, when cod fucks up you don’t hold back, you grilling them to “well done” state, meanwhile when xdefiant fucks up your criticism is noticeably more lightweight, sometimes you throw an excuses, you almost never do this with cod, you are more willing to give Ubisoft benefit of the doubt.
Another thing is… why can’t people say “you wrong because: xyz”? If you hate people disagreeing with you, just disable the comments and there you go.
I think people take it easy on XD because the game is brand new, while cod has been out for 20ish years and is still buggy

The game was in a better state in the beta and before season 1… the second season 1 dropped that game SIGNIFICANTLY got worse. This game is so much fun. I don’t even rage at it like I did with COD. The only time I get frustrated his with Hit reg and dying around corners. XD has major issues and they seem to be moving hella slow to fix said issues yet even still its way more enjoyable than COD, although i still can not fathom why they dont remove the Spiderbot, ive never seen 1 person say, yeah i love the Spiderbot. If they remove that and fix all the issues, this game could be a solid 9/10

I've been really enjoying this game and have completely stopped playing COD. Recently, though, I've noticed something strange happening. I'll play a few matches from start to finish (I never back out of games), but after a while, I start getting thrown into matches that are already in progress or almost finished, and I'm always placed on the losing team by a large margin. I play out the match, but then I keep getting placed into already-started games, and it's always on the losing team. I don't understand why this keeps happening, but it's really annoying.

The game is definitely flawed 100% but I see a lot of overexaggerating of issues. Yes the game has hit detection issues for sure but this isn't the worst netcode in the history of multiplayer FPS games like some people are claiming. I also think a lot of people are acting like having an average K/D means they are getting constantly pubstomped.

I'm 55 years old and only get to play an hour or so a night and I'm loving xdefiant and I'll have some bad some good and some great games and they are all so much fun regardless of my score
I played alpha, beta, stress test, preseason. 200h played. I like this game very much, unfortunately I stopped playing after S1 update. Its by far the most bugged mess its ever been. I cant enjoy it atm, untill its fixed. Bugged abilities, bugged grenades, spiderbot even more annoying, crashes on high end PC (ryzen 7800x3d and 4090), bugged profile stats, netcode worse than before (for me at least - Telekom provider, eu, 1 gbps optics). Bugged twitch drops (did not get single one claimed item since S1). Team balancing also feels worse, more often than before it puts all good vs all bad. I wont talk shit to anybody for enjoying any game, but S1 for me is such a major L I cant force myself to play while I played 3-6 hours daily before. Just doing some FF 14 Dawntrail story and chill untill its fixed to at least previous state.

Ranked dont have placament matches and that make game so ubalance, games starts without full lobbies, there is no faction limit, there is no IBMM so i dont know man but if i am objection only good thing that this game have now is no SBMM

I do get annoyed playing XDefiant Spider bot,Dying behind the corner,snipers 1 shot you back,when you unload half a magazine,BUT game is still Fun and I will probably still be playing till Battlefield 2025.
Here is some advice when you have Elite movement you won't get sniped there should be no time you aren't jump sliding around the map same as Cod. I only get sniped against goat snipers or I just didn't know there was one in my game
The game has a lot of bugs and problems but if your people like me, you still play it because you see the diamond in the rough

I knowledge that Xdefiant has it's problems. The difference to COD is that COD has had years to fix their issues but hasn't done it. Xdefiant has just released and they still have hope to make the game better all the time. I've also enjoyed COD but Xdefiant is a game where I have fun and notice when I get better.

They have different workers than those working on bugs who are instead dedicated to making skins. If they were releasing as many cosmetic bundles as a cod game while game issues remain then I might be worried, but they're not doing that.

@@Lowsky__ the thing is XD was never a military shooter. It's an Arcade shooter. CoD started off as a serious military shooter with Arcase style multiplayer. In recent years they've had a massive tone shift. XD started as it is. Lighthearted, casual fun. And while I agree it's not ideal to market microtransactions when you're game has issues, the fact is everyone does it. The outrage just seems to be amplified with XD. Regardless, marketing and dev are two different teams. At least the devs have acknowledged the issues and that they are working on fixes. Of the three CoD teams only Sledgehammer comes close to this much community interaction
