Haven't watched the video yet but no pre patch Vesper is insane. Went from being a balanced game and all of a sudden I think it was Team Elevate that started the wave and that was a nightmare gun till the patch

I fully understand your point if you're looking at a game like CS or Siege, where they serve multiple purposes. (Economy swinging in CS, map geometry manipulation in Siege) However, you can't apply that in a game where TTK is so low. Pro play, close quarters, shotgun vs non-shotgun, basically becomes a test for the non-shotgun of "Can I get off three to four bullets before he can get off one?" and the answer, for people with anywhere similar reaction times, is no.

everyone literally played cod4 remaster during iw relax
I loved the M16 in COD 4 and Black ops 1 (and to a lesser extent MW3 '12), most people abandoned it after leveling up but I kept using it and it was one of my faves in both! in MW3 '12 its just kind of okay.
It was so good in those games I'm one of the only people who gives it a chance in MW22 and Warzone 2.0 despite its horrible reputation.

Honestly. After playing, and seeing, more of BO3, Ive come to realize that BO4 didnt really innovte much. Actually, it took steps back. And it did so very elegantly. Its actually a pretty perfect 50/50 blend of BO2 and BO3.@@AyoBodee

feel like its a miss to not mention the bo2 fal which was godly and got banned and not sure if it counts but the itra burst rifle in ww2 was so broken in scrims that teams were using 4 of them every map at least in snd. Imo the mp5 in mw2019 with the 10mm rounds also deserves a mention. they ga'd the bullets cos they just made the gun too crazy at all ranges.

I don't remember this, i remember the variant that killed faster and it had a sidegrade to it aswell with highFR and a shorter barrel (inferno?)but I'm pretty sure the hbr3 or something with the insanity(?) variant was stronger or equal till they nerfed bal.

From my experience with IW and BO4, the Synaptics and BO4 Tempest genuinely made the game unbearable. It felt like you couldn't take a step without someone having one of those and raining all over your parade.

The only reason why i only use sneptic only, is because many sweaty players are only using sneptic, otherwise i wont stand a chance against them if i use any other rig,, but when i use a sneptic rig,, i absolutely destroy the enemy team,,, sooo in turn they really no reason to use any rigs except sneptic (occasionally ftl) because that what cod iw multiplayer is all about, sneptic with populsion with dark sky camo titan lmg or a dark sky camo double shotgun, with spy plain/warden/advanced uav killstreak spam,,,and if your not using this tactic,, you automatically lose the game, trust me i know, i max prestige the game
I like how pro players use the same weapon or setup as everyone else, and people will go crazy like it's a new thing. Just like Scump with his Saug SMG setup in BO4.

M-16 in cod4 with stopping power was a 2 shot kill from any distance. That, the model 1887 pre patch and the 725 from MW2019 also come to mind

I don’t mind having jet packs back as I really enjoyed some of the plays that got made while using it. It made the game feel so much better. I hated specialists though. I prefer to be able to customize my operator.

As someone who stopped playing CoD as of BO1, its clear this channel is a newer player. Modern warfare 2 had like 5 completely broken metas all its own.

If you go back to BO4 now, you’ll see the two most broken metas. While the tempest is still used, it’s no match for the sightless hades and that one smg that I can never name lol
The Fal from BO2 and the Bal ASM1 combo from advanced warfare was crazy.
I don't remember the Bizon being THAT good back when I used to play COD Ghosts. Must've been nerfed relatively quickly.
The entirety of MW2 (2009 ofc) was stupidly broken, everything was so broken that it actually somehow balanced out lol, fun times

Bo2 is still the greatest cod of all time imo barely over mw2-3( which are essentially the same game to me).

...Ok, I won't say anything on Bo3 Competitive side. It's a different story and I was never a competitive CoD player.
Public side, however, it's less interesting compared to its older brother, Bo2. (Also, I believe Bo2 still gave balance on controlling their flow and routes)

I was never even a little bit into competitive cod, but now seeing how many ga are needed between the players and teams i just cant wrap my head around how such a series can be fun to watch or to play, viewer and pro players alike.

I personally don’t know why they banned so much shit in esports. It’s like if the nfl banned the tush push because the eagles are too good at it. Same goes with shotgun ban. That literally the whole point of a shotgun to clear rooms and close quarters. If a player is able to hold a small room by themselves with a shotgun then he’s doing the a good job with the right tool.

Awesome video as I totally skipped IW and I didn't play comp in Ghosts as I didn't like the game that much. Why can't the CoD devs make a decent ranked mode? I quit MWIII because I ran out of things to do and in my opinion banning game mechanics is dumb because they are annoying to play against sure, but they are in the game. CS2 doesn't ban the auto sniper because it's annoying to play against.
Nobody will ever take cod “pro” seriously outside of the community. A pro scene neglected by the devs. These guys are real talents that could be playing an actually competitive game
