@@RYSHU20he means that they CAN live up to 500 becouse Vesemir is around 300 and still is in good shape and is still probably one of the best warriors on the continent
I feel like 500 might be a stretch, or at the least the absolute maximum. Geralt, Lambert, and Eskel generally look lile they're in their late 30's to early 40's with all of them being roughly the same age, Eskel and Geralt are 97, and Lambert is younger, probably 80+. Vesemir being 300 sort of makes sense based on his stories of love and adventures from about 200 years ago. However Vesemir looked to be in his late 60's early 70's. Still a very capable fighter, but it is clear that realisticly he would've passed from age long before Geralt would've reached 300. I'm thinking 400 is much more likely to be the end of a Witcher's lifespan
Someone on reddit did a big lore analysis. Vesemir is about 200. Would probably live to 250-300. A Witcher going to 300 would be like someone going to 95-100 in real life. Rare but not unheard of
You should do your own research, like I did. Or maybe believe the one who wrote more than 5 words, just a thought. Meaning that he is about 3x times older than he looks. Now, from that we can assume that a witcher lives 3x more than a regular human and then its just a simple math problem of multiplying or dividing by 3 to convert between "witcher age" and "human age"
