    Your video came at the perfect time. Just deleted TT, IG, FB, and YT fro may phone today because I'm disgusted with my screen time, AND I notice that the longer I'm online the braver I get in a mean way. I suddenly think that my opinion should be voiced in every comment section and it's just... so immature and embarrassing. and unnecessary. SO I'm grounding myself for a week.

    Setting (max) 5 daily goals: one for the house, one for the kids, one for me and up to two others (anyone/thing)

    Hey Ashley, thanks for reminding me about the face bath thing. For anyone else who would benefit, it also helps when youre feeling overwhelmed with the kids (super triggered or overstimulated) and only have 5 seconds to step away and reset ❤
