  • CM Punk's comments about Hangman Adam Page after last week's AEW Collision seemed to have opened the floodgates to other stories about Punk this week, and not all painting him in the most flattering light. Solomonster reacts to the reports of Punk allegedly BANNING people from coming to the building for Collision, including Christopher Daniels, the company's head of Talent Relations, plus a previously unreported backstage incident with Ryan Nemeth at Dynamite. This is a mess of Tony Khan's making that only he and he alone can fix, but will he?

    Both sides have made sooo many mistakes. They need to make up. PUNK is a great worker, who pulls ratings way up, but not good in locker room politics. The ELITE won’t talk to punk to try to make up at all, which is dumb cause they are VPS. Tony khan needs to get his act together and make everyone make up.

And while Punk got stripped of his title and suspended, the Elite were on Dynamite week after week mocking the situation and then hiding behind lawyers and Tony Khan.

  • @MurakumoVance
    @MurakumoVance Год назад +1

    I don't mean to sound biased in favor of Punk, but everyone needs to remember what era of wrestling Punk comes from.
    This man debuted on WWE's ECW ripoff. This was during a time where Undertaker was basically a judge of a fictional court room in the locker room.
    The way CM Punk has been handling business here is the EXACT same way they used to handle it in WWE 20+ years ago.
    Now one could argue "Oh, well Samoa Joe comes from that era too." Yeah, but Samoa Joe never went to WWE at that time.
    It's like the saying goes; "You can take the thug off the streets, but you can't take the streets out of the thug."
    CM Punk is doing things the way he was taught how to do them. And what this all boils down to is TK not instructing him on any better way.
    And you can't really blame TK either, cause how would he know? He was never a wrestler. He didn't see the locker room shenanigans!
    But he does have to get ahead of this thing, and figure out that Punk means well, but he's a relic going about things from a different timeline.
    Locker rooms aren't like they used to be (as Undertaker said in his Last Ride special.) So it could be that Punk shouldn't just sit down with the Elite... He should sit down with the entire locker room.
    I think the Elite would likely agree to that. If one day before a show you just bring in the entire roster and let everyone speak openly and honestly.
    And no matter what the outcome of that is, TK says this...
    "This is my show. I pay to have you hear, so you're going to do what I tell you. If the crowd wants to see Punk vs the Elite, and I pickup on that, that's what you're going to do. As professionals, you do what I tell you to do."
