READ FOR BEGINNING/END CLIP: It may seem odd that the barrel fire particles do not line up with both clips, but notice that even when this is the case, the bullet particles occasionally line up. I decided to sync based on the pistol reload animation rather than the particles as those may differ from the game physics engines. I wonder if this has anything to do with how MCC handles frame interpolation to force the game at 60 fps.
another issue is the delay when reloading if you press the reload button it takes about a second to reload its most bad on the magnum, sniper and assault rifle but is noticeable on every weapon
I always knew there was in issue with CE on the master chief collection, sometimes it takes more than the 3 shots to kill the other spartan like the bullets are registering
That's a separate issue entirely. Because of issues with the tick rate and how the game registers held-fire, pistol bloom is more inaccurate when tapping fire compared to OG PC and Xbox. As a result, it's the case that more of your shots aren't actually hitting their head.

This is a bug introduced by Gearbox. It's an issue with all releases of CE MP after OG release.
@@Wishengrad it's really annoying and keeps me from playing ce because the delay is really bad even on good ping
