What are the "3 set aside cups" of the broth for? Is that what you steam the veggies in? Or do you just use the liquid that is in the pot for that?
you can use that to store leftover corned beef and make soup or just toss it out

For us, we eat this with rice so the soup becomes the sauce. So, less potatoes here. :)
Do you know if you could ginger ale instead of the water? If so how much would you use?
Looks great but not sure the potatoes and carrots would get done in 3 minutes.
why don't you film in wide screen format? this square format leaves too much blank screen.

digitalchef91 it seems some just don't know how to do that or don't consider the benefits to us. Nothing worse than a narrow screen image when trying to get a close view of what's happening in the video.
