“Snowflakes” are a mentality, not a political party or liberal vs conservative. “I’ve known conservative snowflakes.” This man makes sense.

We have always called them "spoiled brat kids". Snowflake upgraded the term, but not the description.

Any employer should be able to test for the best fit. Of course McDonald's has a test.

That's for college graduates who went to college for 10 years for a two year degree and think we still owe them something like forgiving their school debt

    The Snowflake Test
Outside of standard benefits, what benefits should a company offer employees?
What should the national minimum wage be?
How many sick days should be given to employees?
How often should employees get raises?
How do you feel about guns?
What are your feelings about employees or clients carrying guns?
What are your feelings about safe spaces in challenging work environments?
In a creative environment like The Silent Partner Marketing, what do you envision work attire looking like?
Should “trigger warnings” be issued before we release content for clients or the company that might be considered “controversial”?
How do you feel about police?
If you owned the company and were to find out that a client is operating unethically but was a high paying client…how would you handle it?
When was the last time you cried and why?
You arrive at an event for work and there’s a major celebrity you’ve always wanted to meet. What happens next?
What’s your favorite kind of adult beverage?
What’s the best way to communicate with clients?
What’s your favorite thing to do in your free time?
What are your thoughts on the current college environment as it pertains to a future workforce?
    What’s your typical breakfast?
What’s your favorite drink when you go to a coffeehouse?
    How do you handle bullies?
How do you handle it when your ideas are shot down?
What do you do if a coworker comes to the table with an idea and it sucks?
What does the first amendment mean to you?
What does faith mean to you?
Who is your role model and why?
“You’re in Starbucks with two friends. Someone runs in and says someone is coming in with a gun in 15 seconds to shoot patrons. They offer you a gun. Do you take it? What do you do next?”
What does America mean to you?
You see someone stepping on an American flag. What do you do?
What does “privilege” mean to you?
What’s more important? Book smarts or street smarts? Why?

Great test !! I don't know what is a " good " answer for a lot of those questions !??

it would be hilarious if all of a sudden every company started to use this test and turned around to tell snowflakes they failed the mental fortitude test and the fore unhireable.

It's a character test, not a personality test.

Do you even have to tell them it’s a “test” or just ask them like you would ask question in the regular interview.

For me there is one simple test to see who is and who is not a snowflake. Basically this really only applies to people who are outspoken, blunt have no tact and like to engage in banter. The way to test if THESE people are snowflakes or not is how they respond to your response to their bluntness, banter, etc. If they can take anything, fair enough! If however such people suddenly get defensive about your reaction to them, this person is a snowflake.

wonder if i would be hired....what do i think of america,...the fact that you feel the need to have this test tells me we are going down hill. america has gotten steadily worse, with some ebbs and flows since the gov't got away with killing jfk, then the gulf of tonkin, followed by oklahoma city, 9-11, and all the fake mass-shootings. what do i think of cops, stupid question, like asking what do i think of black people, if i have blanket answer good or bad, i am still prejudicial. i will say if police, like at the fake boston marathon bombing break into my home, they get shot like anyone else. i will say to him i will never lie to you, i will never lie for you, don;t think i get the job.

Anyone can be a snowflake, while pc millennial identity politics people certainly ARE snowflakes, their are other types, some people I meet who give it all that about telling it like it is, speaking their minds and being the king of banter until someone talks back at them, different story! Also these kinds people get all uptight if you ask them to back any of their views up! I call such people bluntflakes!
