Ingredients:
Prawns- 200g (after cleaning)
Grated coconut- 3/4 cup
Shallots- 3
Crushed ginger- a small piece
Crushed garlic- 3 (medium size)
Tomato- 1 (small size)
Turmeric powder- 1/4 tsp
Chilli powder- 1 tbsp
Coriander powder- 1/2 tsp
Hot water- 1 1/2 glass
Kudampuli (Malabar tamarind)- 2 small pieces
Green chilli- 3
Coconut oil- 2 tbsp
Curry leaves
Salt
ഇതുവരെ കൊഞ്ചു കൊണ്ട് തീയൽ റോസ്റ്റ് ഒക്കെ ആണ് ഉണ്ടാക്കിയിരുന്നത്. നല്ലൊരു റെസിപ്പി ഷെയർ ചെയ്തതിനു നന്ദി
