    Very helpful! My company does not have a Mubimbi subscribtion but I was able to save Form results to a SharePoint List and an HTML file to a Library with the Compose function. For my simple application it was perfect. Thank you!

    "Hi Clavin, I found your tutorial really helpful. However, I am struggling to add a logo to the generated PDF file. I tried initializing a variable via 'get file content from drive' and added HTML code for the image source in the composing step, but the output PDF file contains only image codes instead of the actual logo. Can you please help me with this step?"

    Hi Clavin,
    Thank you for providing us with this capability. I tried the same in my company but received the following error message when I tried to check the flow.
    The operation violates Admin data policy which restricts the use of connector 'shared_muhimbi'.
    Is it because of some corporate policies or any other reason? What can i do to resolve this error.
    Additionally, is conversion to Word capability part of free subscription or paid one?

    • @clavinfernandes8566
      @clavinfernandes8566  2 года назад

      The error might be related to DLP(docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/wp-data-loss-prevention)
      The Form(HTML) to Word Conversion is not Free.

    Is it possible to add a uploaded picture from the forms as well?

    • @clavinfernandes8566

      The easiest option would be to Merge the image to the form for details see - ruclips.net/video/YDWpGW1BaBU/видео.html

    You should have warned us in the beginning that this solution requires a subscription with a third party.

    • @clavinfernandes8566
      @clavinfernandes8566  3 года назад

      Thank you for the Feedback. I have updated the Title.
      The video focuses on three file formats, HTML, PDF, and DOCX. You do not need a subscription to Convert to HTML, PDF(Muhimbi has a Free Subscription for limited usage(see www.muhimbi.com/Products/PDF-Converter-Online---Pricing ) and for DOCX you need a paid subscription.
      On a side note, I have used out-of-box OneDrive - Convert to PDF and it does not produce documents with correct fidelity unless your HTML is very simple.

      isn't easy to pause the video and just type it exactly as it is? replacing the values with what's in your Forms.

    How to put restriction on date field for restricting past dates?
    When creating a form to request something on a selected date, it would be useful if the date could be restricted so that only a present and future date can be selected.
    Thanks in advance. Please help me on that.

    • @clavinfernandes8566
      @clavinfernandes8566  2 года назад

      Yes, You will need to create Unique Filenames in the Create file action- You can use the concat() expression and create unique file names. For e.g. concat('_',formatDateTime(utcnow(), 'yyyyMMddTHHmmss'),'.pdf')
