Such a great tutorial! I would love to know how to keep line breaks in long answers that are submitted in the form. At the moment they are all coming through in one big paragraph.

Is there a way to get the response of the form to go on to a pre-defined business letterhead and have that save as a PDF?
I’ve tried to insert a company logo in the HTML code via URL to the image so it looks like the company’s letterhead and it seems to work well right up until the PDF conversion stage. The final output of PDF just shows a broken image icon, I’m assuming because the URL for the logo isn’t recognised.
Do you know if there’s a better way to do this? Thanks again!

One question- I have a question on my initial form asking for an email address, but when my HTML converts to a PDF the email field automatically appears as "anonymous". Any idea why this is happening or what I can do to fix it?
Hi I think your form is set to open to anyone and you may have chosen the incorrect email dynamic field try adding both and eliminating the incorrect one :)
Is there a way to have the responses go down instead of across? I want the PDF to look more like the form itself. I have too many columns to be able to read all responses with it going across.

Hi! Thanks for putting this out! its exactly what I needed. To take it one level further, is it possible to query the MS Form questions and assign answers to each question? This will significantly remove the "compose" steps if there are lot of questions in MS Form. Also any change to Form questions, would automatically flow in the pdf without having to change the html template.
I tried using Parse JSON functions, but could not get it to iterate through the Form questions. Any help/suggestion is much appreciated! Thanks.

Hi, i did all the steps successfully weeks ago and it worked without problem. Now i wanted to make changed to my form and add some questions etc. Now when i want to add another action in Power Automate im not able to write the fx command replace (), it only shows "Parameters from previous actions"..i dont know what to do. Maybe i need to make all steps again from scratch? or did MS change something recently?

Ok it has been two years, did you find an easier way to include all the content of the MF? I think it is useful when you are collecting little bit of information but a bit much for more data.

Great tutorial. I followed step by step however I keep getting an error stating that the PDF cannot be previewed because its corrupted this is only with the email. When i open it in my onedrive folder I the last question is missing.
Hello, when choosing "Send and email" step, I get an error saying "Connection not found. Please create a new connection and change your application to use the new connection.". Did anyone else had this issue? Do you know how to resolve it?

With the OneDrive (for Business) 'Create File' and 'Convert File' steps, would the flow break if the creator of the flow left the organisation?
Lastly, could I save the converted PDF file to my team's SharePoint rather than OneDrive?
Sharepoint doesn't have convert to pdf features
I did. Convert on onedrive then create in SharePoint.

I have been trying to work out how to get line breaks in long answers. I have done one compose (called NewLine) to decode the line breaks, which is - decodeUriComponent('%0A') and then another to replace the line breaks with a which is -

That works but I can't work out how to incorporate that sort of code into the PDF layout.

@@karstenwarapen yes so you have to pic it from there to your email. please check my other video as well on ms forms to pdf you will understand the point or just write a simple step to copy file from one drive to email and then delete the one drive one usind flow.

@@AggieWalsh I had the same issue, but watch the second compose step at about 4:56 - you reference the previous compose step instead of Get File Content!
There is now an option as the user filling out the form to download a formatted PDF of the form results. How can I simply get this same PDF emailed to another email address? It's already formatted and creating the file, but only the user filling out the form has access to it.
Where is that option in forms?

I fix it changing the HTM file to HTML and started running. Now, it fully runs, but generates a file that says "Compose #".
