Sadly, nowadays street homeless are drugs addicts, and they are addicted to cocktail of nasty chemicals such as fentanyl, horse tranquilizer, elephant tranquilizer, sedative benzo, rat poison, nitazenes chemicals, P2P based meth, wasp dope, and other nasty stuff. That is in the pills they smoke all day long. They are quickly damaged mentally and physically beyond the point of repair. If they are aggressive, screaming, talking gibberish, talking to imaginary people, they are on meth and wasp dope. One dosage of P2P based meth causes paranoia and schizophrenia after only one dosage. Street addicts gradually destroy everything around themselves.

@@billkallas1762 at least 95% of mental illness on our streets are drugs induced. Fentanyl came to the US in 2012, and since then street homelessness skyrocketed. This is absurd. I live in WLA (very close to Venice). All they have to do is make daily clean up sweeps and arrest the drug dealers (Venice Beach is a known drug hub, has been for 30+ years). If a tent shows up, throw it away, tear it down. If our politicians and law enforcement refuse to enforce the laws, this is what happens, an accumulation and illegal squatting. We pay super high taxes, there is no excuse for this.....the City is not adequately doing their job all while price gouging the tax payers.

Read my reply at the top it'll tell you what you can do and how to fix this homeless problem or file a simple lawsuit to make them pay. When they pay they will definitely start to fix the problem. I use the same method with a bad landlord and it didn't even go to court but I shut him down for an uninhabitable apartment. And it shows you how to do it legally. Let's face it we're all paying for the homeless problem with their taxes going up and not coming back down, devaluing our houses, taxes increased in these Lawless tent encampment cities. Higher prices in stores at these Lawless tent encampment cities from all the theft 24/7 non-stop. Homeless or stealing catalytic converters and being sold out of state or at local metal companies in my area that's been proven. And anyone that would literally like to help the homeless and think People like Us are mean and not understanding. You're more than welcome to let the homeless in your house or even in your backyard and see how good that works out for you. I wouldn't advise this but if you're this naive more power to you you'll find out the hard way it doesn't work. Homeless can get rehab that's what they need the most and very few get it until they wind up in jail or prison. But if they die it's too late to help them. Homeless on the street if left untreated will wind up in prison or dead from overdosing. Over 93% of the homeless on the street are hardcore drug addicts and need rehab for life because the problem doesn't just go away. Even after you become clean you'll be tempted to do drugs and go down the bad path again when things go bad. This is why we need to preach to our children don't smoke cigarettes, don't vape, don't do tobacco products, don't drink alcohol, don't smoke marijuana, don't do doctor prescribed prescription pills, don't do or try illegal drugs because all these I mentioned are gateway drugs to more hardcore drugs like hardcore prescription pills and hardcore illegal drugs. And once you get on the hardcore drugs it's all downhill it's a lifelong addiction for life. And usually you will end up losing everything you have and be homeless. With the rising Non-Stop inflation, job loss, rising rent, and no end in sight it's easy to turn to the doctor and try something to numb your mind but this will lead to drug use in an addiction problem. Because most everything a doctor prescribes you lose your caring and compassion and once this happens it's all downhill. So it's better not to use drugs of any type in the first place. I will not do no harm to my body and this includes vaccinations or a mask to cut off my oxygen. If people are falling down on the ground and not getting back up I might throw on a mask at that time and run away and not come out of my house if it's that bad. But so far I've not seen that situation yet. And if you truly think government cares look at the homeless on the street that says it all and it says they don't care. And of course politicians will say they care but they sure have a funny way of showing it.

There is a game here: it's called "HOMELESS INC" and industry that generates millions of dollars- food, free cell phones, free health care, free drugs, shoplifting ....YES in case you don't watch the news.

Street addicts gradually destroy everything around themselves till they die.

take what's important, or we're burning it up and don't blame for all this is, if you have something to say go on over to city hall and start yeaking".
And then they come back and the people residents start yelling
"They're back! They're back you guy didn't do a good job".
"Hey we did what we were told to do. It's not our fault they came back you have to understand these people are like a circus they just keep moving around from one place to another".
And this is a way for the city to get more money from the gov cause they know they'll be back. The only way to slow this down is to make a weekly pass by and like trash day and just start picking it up and throwing it away making it harder for them to live there But like a cancer you can beat it, or it keeps growing till it takes over.

Every time I watch this, I think of a radio show I heard years ago on Coast to Coast live. You can take it for what it's worth, don't come for me I'm just stating what I heard. According to the man that was interviewed by Art Bell, the military has the ability to go into the future and this man went into the future hundreds of years. According to what he said, in the future there is no money. Everyone goes to school and when they grow up that everybody has a job. Everything is provided from medical to everyday needs such as food and other things. Most transportation is by train. The thing that I remember the most about what he talked about were the homeless. Everyone is required to work. If people refuse to work they are not allowed to live in the cities. They are taken and transported out of the cities and banned from being there.
