Thank you for these exercises.I couldn’t do the regular ones I always do with you.But,these were really effective.I hurt my left leg yesterday and thought I would have to wait until full recovery. I had to modify them to my needs,but I did them!

Hi! When you're doing a series of videos, I usually put the links in the description under the video. If you're following video after video, just go to the main channel page and you'll see options of where you can look at newest to oldest videos, or vice versa. You can also go under 'playlists' to see the variety of workouts. I create 3 levels of workouts (gentle, beginner and intermediate) so once you find the level you like most, just head to the playlists. I hope that helps!
Hmm, I actually never keep track of how many calories I'm burning in workouts. I just do what feels good and include exercises that I know will get the heart rate up. If you have a 'smart' watch, you can set it up to calculate a rough estimate of what you're burning. At some point, I could include calories burned, but it's just one more task to add to my list when I create videos.😳

Thank you for your concern.Not being able to do standing exercises did not stop me from continuing my routine. And I enjoyed them ,too.
