Jules this was my first day back to exercising after having to take a medical break. This was perfect to get the body energized without bouncing around. I missed my morning workout by the time week two was suggested I not do. I’m back. 😊 Slowly, but back and listening to my body.
Good morning Jules! I never thought about doing chair workouts, I can totally do standing workouts,BUT....I tried once just to know how it feels, and they are just great! They also get me tired.... go figure. I always thought they were not gonna make me sweat, but they do! So, sometimes I workout with these videos just for fun. 💃👏👌🙂🤗😄😃😁💜
I didn't realize that I was doing the same chair workout that I di a couple of days ago, but I didn't mind because I also liked it the first time! Thank you, Jules!
Hi Jules, As I mentioned before, I'm trying different workouts to see what works for me. This one worked pretty well! For whatever reason, sitting allows me to do things that I can't do while standing. I even did some of the weight stuff. Thank you for this!
