Nice, I have one in my GR Yaris. It also uses the dash module. You must use it! No bullshit drive assist or lights, just start and go. Doesn’t matter about digital dash or analogue, you must run the dash module. The module sorts all the can traffic for functions that are no longer valid like radar / lane keeping etc. Get a 100hz GPS/and 4WD controller and you’re set. Gps speed based launch, and launching with rear bias plus flat shifting is super awesome. I run flex with sensor through old MAF wires. i also run a syvecs dash through one of the spare can bus. I run 650cc secondaries and more split. Don’t bother with relative FP fuel comp, just run the LP pump against internal regulator. Careful with boost. Stock use 300hz solenoid, it’s very sensitive to duty, it’s vacuum system like bmw N54. Syvecs stock map will oscillate boost so you need to tune WG closed loop. I run 26psi on stock turbo. Get the knock and gear cut / launch dialled in with flat shift and it’s pure WRC shit. These ECU are the best money can buy….it takes a long time to understand all the features.

seems overly complex of a system and awesome for fine tuning, but for a mild street tune this doesn’t seem like the one. it does definitely add characteristics to the car it seems to be straight up rally style.

I had read that the GR Corolla had revised valve springs and valve float was no longer going to be an issue but from your testing it sounds like it is definitely still an issue.
man that forum post was bullshit the day I saw it tbh. there’s some real idiots on the GRC forum who talk out of their ass.
valve float was 100% still there from day 1. idiots were claiming “stronger” just because the part number was different 😂.

Denstoj makes a rocker retainer kit for the G16E-GTS that can resolve the float. It will set you back about $900.
We have new valves, spring, retainers, guides already here we are just waiting to put them in until we can do ethanol
Watch your camera work when you move you hands around. You can move, point and shake your arm if its natural just don't let the camera jar.

Probably not
Lmao once you start tuning your car with $5k parts you don’t worry about the warranty… especially with a stand-alone ECU.
@@brianmoreno3222 kinda figured, my dealership told me “dont worry about warranty voiding, well wont nit pick on that”
Laughs in absolutely voided warranty. Volkswagen wanted to void my warranty on everything for an intake and an upgraded clutch (all that they knew about to be fair) If you're worried about voiding warranty, just know once you flash the ecu the dealer knows if you bring it in for service.

@@NemtecRacingI didn’t even get to that part of the video my bad. 200 dyno runs 🤯 and have you guys tried the dyno mode? Apparently it puts it in front wheel drive
@@NemtecRacingbut for people that care I’m pretty sure dyno mode voids your warranty.
@@christopherbassit2757 because we use a dyno jet dyno which has a mechanical link between the roller vs an electric link ours is true 4wd dyno so for us we can run it in 4wd all day long!!!

So many good stand alone ecu companies on the market that are so much cheaper. Cannot figure out why Toyota stand alones cost such a ridiculous amount of money.
Currently Syvecs is the only stand alone for Toyota. That’s why we went with it.
I wish link ecu make one for sure but seems these are complicated cars to power lol
@@NemtecRacing I get that. I just meant idk why they are so expensive even if they are the only stand alone option. Haltech and aem make stands alone for my s2k and both are under $2k. I worked at holley performance and their top of the line stand alone is right around $2k. I won’t be spending $5k + on a stand alone but I’m also not doing what you guys are (which is awesome). Mine will just be a daily driver so ecutek will work good enough for me to get a little more power out of it.
@@masonwhitlow4298honestly I think the only difference between less expensive stand alones and the fancy ones are the ability to run like 24 injectors, run 12 cylinders multiple fuel pumps etc. Syvecs’s and Motec are just more powerful computers.
