    I'm wondering if using the powdered cream lets a milky after taste to the cookies, I really don't like the after taste milky flavor😅

      Hi Karina! No one that had a sampling of the cookies could identify the "secret" ingredient that I used, because of the numerous spices and the pumpkin puree. To the best of my knowledge, I do not think that the powdered cream comes through as a distinguishable taste.
      If you really want to make sure that it does not come through, use powdered coconut cream as a substitute, on a 1:1 basis.

      Hi there, love your recipes and your channel, I have two questions for you maybe three… Lol how can you make these cookies more crispy instead of a moist cookie?
      (2) when a recipe calls for whipping cream, 18% cream whatever type of cream is it possible to use this powdered whipping cream for these recipes?
      Sometimes when you’re about to do a recipe and you realize your cream is gone bad which I don’t know why but cream goes bad so quickly way before the due date I don’t know if it’s just me or is this a problem,
      And something completely different do you know of a keto friendly sweetener/liquid that is out there perhaps in Canada somewhere that you can add to your pumpkin latte keto version , Starbucks does not have a sugar, free syrup for pumpkin for this time of the year and I don’t understand why not.
      And again the recipe looks delicious and I am going to consider getting the cream on Amazon and thank you again and happy pumpkin spice… Lol

      Hi Edith! The reason that these cookies are moist is because of the 1/2 cup of butter and the pumpkin puree. I'm going to have to give a little more thought on how to make a crispy version of this cookie, while still balancing the taste.
      The second question is also tough, because the liquid cream adds both the milk fat and the liquid. I would guess that is you reconstituted the powdered cream in the right ratio with water, it should work. Here is a link for Anthony's powdered cream ratios:

    Thats similar to the nut butter cookie recipe I love to use. Substitute nut butter for the pumpkin. I'll try it. Nut butter is expensive.

    Thank you,both ideas are great, the powdered cream and adding some extra chocolates chips on top. I will make them but with milk powder as I can't find the powdered cream where I live

      Hi Della! I'm glad that you like the pumpkin chocolate chip cookie recipe. The cream powder that I used did not seem to have any additives - just "sweet cream solids" as the only ingredient.
