Tour John Hammond's fully realised Jurassic Park where the incidents that lead to it's closure didn't happen. Instead Jurassic park became a huge success. Thats the main idea behind this game anyway.

Jurassic Dream is a fan made game created by a single person in the span of 3 years. It's unfinished at the moment but shows such potential. As of right now it lacks the dinosaur part that admittedly makes up the Jurassic part of the park but the way it looks and sounds are spot on and I can only imagine that adding dinosaurs to the game can only make it better.

That empty, quiet Visitor Center makes me want an Alien Isolation type JP game. It would be really spooky to spot a raptor staring at you from the end of a brightly lit hallway.

Eh, I got VR after years of wanting it and it's mostly incredibly underwhelming, so I don't care to see it in VR.
Only like 3 games of the like 50 that I played were actually good IN VR, the rest were either boring or just way better on a normal screen.

For answering your question at 27:47. With the scripts and the book we only know about 50%-80% of the layout of the building.
The books have their own canon separate from the movies

ok so James there are sounds, back in the actual raptor enclosure on the tour road if you had waited and listened there could be a cough from a raptor heard, also there is a spinosaur enclosure that I had found and was really confused with because it looks exactly like the indominus rex paddock from Jurassic world. there's actually a lot you missed lol happy hunting and I hope you do another video on all of it with your reaction, also the computer that said moved, if you pressed f it moves the revolving theatre, and if you press f on the side wall of the theatre it will move it back, also yes, you can drive the tank you found, and there is a part of the visitor center that you can go into that has the place were they all hid and waited for Arnold to get the power back on with guns in it lol, again have fun hunting and I hope to see a part two on this.

In the visitor center, I think the pictures with the RIP means they had to abandon the project because lack of money/too busy, sadly as it seems happens a lot

Beaver, what the creator meant rip 2015-2017 is all other Jurassic park projects from cry engine. This actually rare to see a project being given to the public, even rarer to have a good one. Many other people try to remake Jurassic park but most were abandoned.
So, what we've realised is that, if we make a Jurassic Park map, *forbid Beaver from getting OUT of the vehicles as he takes forever to get anywhere and make everything automated as he always crashes. Always.*

The difference between making a neat map and making an actual game is massive. Or did you not see cars phasing through walls and no dinos and no actual gameplay?
@@Ares11787 Ok...but its seems like a massive amount of the work needed was already done, environment wise, I've seen the phasing problem in professional games before. Don't know what kind of work is needed to get the Dinos running, but if the kid could get to work with the guys who made Oakwood...just saying, it doesn't seem too far out there that they could get this done in far less time than a lot of modern companies do it.

Fun fact for you that enclosure with the railroad in the the underground tunnel is a reference to the original sketch & track design for the Jurassic park ride at universal studios Orlando
When you were pressing the move button by the theatre it moved the theatre room which is why later in the video it was in a different position, viewing the control room not the screen

How great would this of been as a game if you ended up on this place just after the events of the first movie had no idea it had dinosaurs on it and you start finding little clues about what happened on this island then discovering the dinosaurs then it becoming kind of a horror survival game as you come across the aftermath of scenes and dead bodies (whats left of them) from the movie.
This looks amazing. That kid should’ve kept it going. Maybe he’ll get back to it in the future. Looks like he missed the bull carrier crane in the Raptor paddock, but otherwise this looks like an amazing start for a game

About the chair thing, (the one on ebay from the set) There was a little museum, near where I used to live, and it had a Jurassic Park 3 dino egg incubator from the scene where the quote "(Amanda Kirby) This is how you make dinosaurs?" "(Alan Grant) No. This is how you play God...". And I got to see it in person!
