"RAW" 15-minute Boxing workout

- This 15-minute Boxing session was designed as a finisher to add on to your scheduled workout or as a stand alone quick cardio workout. Kelly uses eggweights to increase the intensity and effectiveness in this quick workout. If you do not have eggweights, grab 1 or 2 pound dumbbels, or nothing at all and have fun!
