🙏🙏
Keep going bra!
Thanks brother 📈🦾
This is relatable, been training my Front-Lever for 8months now and I still couldn't do it, I can only do straddle FL. Thanks for the motivation keep it up ^^
🙏🙏📈
Are you able to do it now bro?
It’s really hard sometimes depending on the genetics, mine are the harder, tall legs and weak lats insertion
i have a weak lower back and abs, maybe the reason why i couldn't do it
Ohhh im the same as you, I have 8 months of training and I Cant do Full, only Straddle
Never give up
nahh congratulations my guy
Motivating
U didn't do many negatives, you'd make way faster progress if you did, nice job regardless!
Started training for front lever 3 years ago, also felt it was imposible and gave up. But I started doing weighted pull ups, last week I did 9 pull ups with 30kg added. And yesterday just for fun I was trying to do fron lever and to my shock I could do straddle front lever for 4-5 seconds that was a shock for me and now I think I am gonna learn the skill once and for all
Amazing💪🏼
Paul thanks bro📈📈
No pain no gain Good 💪
👊👊
Beast
proud of you man . been training front lever for 7 months now and i think i need another 7 months :) at least . bless

Just keep going, you‘ll get there!
way to go
Nice shape bruh🔥
Mr paul thanks bro 💪📈

Keep going
Thank you 📈🦾
Felicidades, gracias por tu información
Nice. Where did you buy those portable pull-up bars ( the ones on the floor at the end of the video). Thanks
How to get front lever fast!?
-skip leg day for a year
- take off your shoes
🤓🤣
Nice video bro
Thanks my bro 👊📈
Great job. What was your weight when you achieved front lever? I'm the same height as you are and I was just wondering. Also, how many times a week did you train front lever?
Great vid.
For anyone. Front lever is a lever - so math. 2 main things are: 1st. your ape index (higher possitive, than easiser FL is) and 2nd. more weight at teh end of a lever, than harder it is (%weight of your legs and ass to full obdy weight - if higher than harder FL is). I have +9cm ape index (so very good), but I played basketball for many years, haven't trained upper body so my legs and ass weight a lot.
There are two other excercies taht can tell if you are able to do FL:
1. Dragon flag
2. Weighted pullups - 1 rep max with 30-70% + (depends on ape index and weight distribution in your body).
Everyone Who can do dragon flag and weighted pullup with 70% weight of his body, can do FL (just need tehniq). Guys with chicken legs, and high possitev ape index can do FL even when their 1 rep max for weighted pullups is like 30-40% added.
it doesnt work for me at least. I can do dragon flag, but im not practicing this exercies cause i feel quite a strong pain in lower back even that my body is fully straight. I can do a pullup with 70% of weight and chinup with 80%, have been practicing front lever for 2 month already. Now i can do 5 sec of not perfect stradle fl. I think problem could be in one of two things:
1. Weak lower back+not the strongest lower abs. When i practicing front lever holds i always feel my lower back too much.
2. I think that pullups is more about lats but front lever more about middle back. At least that what i feel when i perform fl. Deadlifts or similar excercies are more superior for developing certain muscles for fl in my opinion. Sadly im working out at home and dont have this equipment.
I will continue train and hopefully reach my goal in a couple of months.

You might be wrong about lower back, as in 90% problems with FL are due to "pull up" back muscels strenght. Sure it deepends - maybe your Dragon flag is not in correct form, as you feel pain. Have you tried to record it and watch? Lower back pain ussual is due to weak gluts and hips problems.
BTW Best way to learn FL is by active progressions. Try to mix your best progressions with one step down activly. So start with tuck FL, then switch adv. Tuck FL and back to tuck FL (it's one rep) if your best (able to do) progressions is adv. Tuck FL. Do as meny reps as you are able to.
2nd would be active negatives from top (leges over the bar/ring) to bottom in one motion. Do it with your best progressions and when you will be able to do correct stradle, do it with full FL. Other active can be like switching legs with one leg FL or last progresion can be (starting from one leg FL) moving your heel of one leg from kenn to foot of other leg.
Never do ice creams makers. Those 2 excerceis above should make it for you.
yihaa bro a beautiful front lever
Great effort and motivation. May I ask your weight, just the try to figure weight percentage pull-up. Your one arm pull up even not full ROM is still impressive
75 kg
@@jad.mohtar Thank you. You’re strong!
جداً رائع حبيبي استمر عزيزي الى الأفضل ان شاء الله
شكرا اخي💪📈
You never did any kind of specific work for the One arm pull up was it all by that front lever work that you achieve it on the first try?
How many pull ups did you had when you first started?
So nice bro
Thanks my broo
Afterall front lever requires crazy strong lats back strength and lower back together
👌👌🤝🤝
Very impressive. How many times per week did you train weighted pull ups in this journey?
Depends on the goals, sometimes i training 3 times, sometimes once
A really.recomend.you.train half front lever ans solidify that progression
وحش 💪
👊💪
I started to do front lever last week....now i am still not able to do adv tuck hold... Will work it out...i want to be like u
It takes time dude, don’t rush it, train smartly and enjoy the process 📈
@@jad.mohtar ...yeah now i can do 10s adv tuck lever... I not training frequently...because i do more on pull up / push up exercises.... I think i need to spend more time on front lever
@@cffoo438 be prepared for a long road if u think a week will get you advanced tuck. It took me over a year for front lever
@@street-workoutnation2964 yes i know it takes time...so i will keep training until i can do the perfect front lever. Btw my hand is injured now, have been stop training for 1 week....i feel very sas

Bro dragon flag is a great Propaedeutic
Bro wtf are those minecraft chicken sounds at the beginning hahahah
😂😂😂😂
Bro , how much time daily you used to practise? Please reply, am gonna start this week !!
3x a week is enough if ur beginning
Friendly advice don't use more than 3 exercises and don't train too much
If u can do weighted pull ups it's gonna help a lot
Greetings from Russia!
How long was this period over
can you give us an calithnetique worckout that need equipement from the home
You’re lebanese?
How tall are you?
ولله اسطورة انا متابعك علي تيك توك
I’m curious can you do the human flag which is harder front lever or human flag ?
Frontlever is harder for sure
@@jad.mohtar very strange my friend can do the front lever but struggle with human flag and I could human flag but struggle with front lever . Right now I’m at advance tuck front lever I can hold it for 20 secs. I been stuck at tuck front lever for 5 months and advance tuck for 3 months
@@chriscox1535aint no way, front lever is an advanced skill were as human flag is low-intermediate skill
