  • Turkish Airlines does not care about their customers.
    Not only was my luggage lost two months ago but Turkish airlines refused to take responsibility despite making several errors. I was promised that this would be fixed and that my baggage would be delivered. After clearly failing to send my bags to the right destination Turkish Airlines refused to take responsibility. I was told on numerous occasions that I would be contacted but I didn’t receive any updates.
    After contacting a friend that worked for another airline company I found out that my suitcases were found and I still heard nothing from Turkish airlines. After going to this Turkish Airlines office I finally made direct contact with an airport that managed to have both bags sent after two months of waiting.
    Turkish airlines has proved that they are unprofessional and incapable of taking responsibility for their mistakes. I will continuing to share my experience until Turkish Airlines acknowledges their mistakes and rectifies this situation.

    Been flying with them for over 30 years and never had a problem...Best airline in the world. Sorry for your experience though

    sue shit out of them. $5000 small claim court. nyc. no lawyer needed. only proofs of financial losses

      @@ChaseWinters I did. All their unfair business is hold up by the fact that 99.999% of people won't have time, will and power to do so. All their overbooking, cancelled fights without the reason, no food, rest, or water provided etc. In reality it's 2 visits to the court. 5 min to file the complaint and 15 min to explain and prove to the judge why you came and how much you believe they owe you. I went there 2 times with two different airlines and both times the decisions were to benefit me well over my real expectations but less than claimed.

      On a side note, what country are you in and are you interested of stepping out of it?
