The chord progression in the flutes and clarinets between 1:57 - 2:05 ................. I've heard that chord progression in some other movie but I can't remember which one. A Lot Like Love, Conspiracy Theory, Ocean's 11, ................... Now I'm going to have to save this song in one of my favorites files until I can figure out where I've heard it before.
I figured out the next day where I had heard this music before. The 2 chords are similar to the 2 chords that are heard when Julia Roberts kisses Mel Gibson near the end of Conspiracy Theory (just before Mel Gibson gets shot by Patrick Stewart and Patrick Stewart gets shot by Julia Roberts).

YO! I was going to play Tenor Saxophone, but the one we rented was broken, so we returned it. Then, I had to do clarinet. I decided clarinet was a little boring, so I went for the bass clarinet and now, that's what I play. Well, good luck! I am also too, except I'm not in eighth grade.
Man I love it how all of the clarinets in this chat are saying that their band cant get Avengers.... is it sad that my band only has 4 clarinets and we all can do that. BTW I absolutely love this piece especially piccolo solo, anyone who has that go them.
The only hard bit is being able to do at speed because even though it’s going up and the break it’s to a G which all fingers off so not as bad Also if you want hard clarinet part look at Zorro theme on second clarinet
The thing that sucks is that I’m the only boy flute player in my whole school, and people make fun of me. And sure, maybe I suck at the flute, but I love the flute, and that is all that matters.
Musical instruments don't have gender. James Galway, Jean- Pierre Rampal , Ian Anderson, Hubert Laws, Yuseef Letief, Lew Tabackin , Moe Koffman the list goes on..... use them as inspiration, your playing will improve and you'll feel better about that which you enjoy.
