I call BS! Anybody else? Just because she has money does it makes it alright to hit and kill someone while drunk and expect no legal problems?
It will continue until society is tired of their socially accepted way of killing people, as long as there is a limit to how much alcohol is in your system.

In the UK if a suspected DUI refuses to provide a breathalyser test or a drug swab they are automatically arrested and taken in. If they still refuse to supply a breath test/swab, or a blood test they are charged with being DUI. Once in court they will be found guilty (no ifs or buts because if they weren't over the limit they would've supplied the sample) of being DUI and they will get points on their license (or outright banned from driving), a fine and potentially a prison sentence (depending on the circumstances surrounding the arrest...such as killing someone). Also their DNA is taken and kept forever on the Police database, so if they are involved in any further criminal activity and leave their DNA behind, they'll be banged to rights.
No excuse accept responsibility.

No matter how rich or privelidged you are you never can buy your way out of your ultimate judgment day. She'll truly pay for her actions when she approaches her ultimate judgment. God don't like ugly and he isn't too fond of pretty.
