Danielle plz tell which pattern is the best for a Vest; I'd like 2make a long vest for indoor winter weather (long2the knees). Thought I was doing it correctly; started short2 add length later; I dnt kw it doesn't look right. ??? 🧐🤔😔🤨😣😩

I’m kinda confused, so my first row with increases I increase in the 10th stitch, then for the next row do I increase and both the stitches I put in the row before
I crochet a chain of 94 to go around my waist 70 was to small.. when i did increase every 10th stitch i had 4 chains left over should i just dc them. Or do I need divide and increase a different number than 10 th stitch
yes you can just DC them because there isn't enough room for another increase ...i made sure my foundation chain and my increase # were even with each other so my increases would be even ,it's tricky sometimes you just have to work with the numbers, I hope that helps.
Can I do this but in single crochet? I don't like the holes in the pattern.

You put your increase sts every row ... if you were adding 2 dc crochet every 5 sts it would look like this [dc,dc,dc,dc,dc 2dc,dc,dc,dc,dc,dc] and keep repeating that pattern every row... I hope that makes sense

At the moment I am trying to crochet a vintage type apron and I want an open circle skirt type bottom. Do you think this pattern would work if I don't connect the waist band? Could I just chain up and turn then do the 9 double crochet and 2 double crochet in the 10th stitch (if that makes any sense) and still get the circle skirt look but opened up?

sometimes it makes the waistband look & fit better.
Hello I am doing this skirt now..im on a 2nd row after the 4rows of bands.The first row you did is you started a decrease on every 10th stitch of DC.Do I need to do it every rows?And how many rows did you make to finish this skirt thank you.The Tutorial is quite short and did not explain some impt.things but im still willing to try.Thank you hope you can still help me on this.😊
Hey 👋🏾... sorry I didn't explain in detail , I increased in every 10th stitch for every row and I think I did 16 inches long so whatever your stitch gauge is then you multiply that by however long you want your skirt. I think my skirt was 32 rows or something like that.

I crochet 90 chains to fit around my waist how many dc should have in between to make the ruffle? 2dc did not line up and I had an extra chain
I increased a stitch in every 10th chain, and idk what you mean by line up... all you have to do is increase your stitches, you should RUclips how to make ruffles it might help you understand better.
I did watch another video and realized that the 2DC went in the center of the previous DC

you can add however many stitches you want, I think I added 2-4 stitches I can't remember
