I had these machines at my other house for 6 months and loved them. Had the electirc dryer. Moved last month and just re purchased them this time a gas dryer. Comes in 2 weeks. Love these machines!

Getting ours tomorrow. Looks like you’ve had them 3+ weeks. What are your thoughts on them so far?

I notice the msrp on the GE site are a lot higher but sale price matches other brands. Does GE mark up their MSRP so it looks like a better deal because their machines are $600 off on sale

We just got the GFW655 and GFD65ES... Both the physical and PDF manual suggest that these units can be controlled using the app but after downloading, it seems the only things the app can really do (at least with these specific models) is order more detergent, download machine software updates and annoy me at work with notifications whenever someone at home is doing laundry. It's too bad OEMs cheap out with one generic manual for the whole product line, especially in this case where the PDF seems to be nothing more than a digitized copy of what shipped with the machines. Also, many of the videos on their YT channel make it hard to distinguish between product promo or useful tutorial. We need an easy way for OEMs to return value to RUclipsrs who help customers learn how to set up and use their products.

So what's the difference from the GE Washer VS the Profile line washer.
