Originally east coast, the family located to California and Wedgewood Weddings was born in Ventura. Ongoing direction and ownership first from John Zaruka and continued by his son, Bill, who grew up in the company, cut his teeth at universal studios and returned to master every aspect of events and hospitality in detail before taking the reins as CEO in 2020.
The entire Zaruka family is still deeply committed to the company and you see their actions behind the scenes and supporting our 1,500 team members across the USA.
