But abhi jab sell karna thhaa flat deal wagera sab hogya thaa & noc chahiye thhaa...The society chairman & secretary said ke building ke blueprint me aapka parking nahi hai .....They showed some blueprint , jisme full bilding ka in & out & ek ek cheez ke baare me photo ke sath bataya gaya thhaa ... They said the builder has cheated u..... Chairman kehta hai ke ye blueprint wo government office se nikalkar aaya hai ...... Deal ke waqt bhi aisa kuch nahi bataya....Purchaser se payement hogya & government foat transfer ka half payment bhi hogya hai...Bus Noc chahiye thhaa & this chairman & secratary not giving Noc . . They say ke parking giveup karo warna noc nahi denge ... Jasn booj ka deal cancel karwaaye chaiman ne .....
Chairman and secretary dono purposely deal kharab karne ke liye aisa kar rahe hai. Agar registry mai aur builder ke papers mai parking mentioned hai to legally koi kuch nahi kar sakta. Unko paise chahiye from the deal. Offer them some money aur vo sab NOC de denge

Sir I bought under construction flat after paying premium in Agrante Reality's Kavyam Homes. Their HRERA expired in Dec 2022 but still they did not get the renewal certificate. Because of this bank is the not disbursing the remaining 5 lakhs of payment out of 23 lakhs. Now they cancelled my flat. Need your suggestion that on it.
Hi I need help, we signed the booking form on 31st march and gave the cheque but the very next morning informed the develper that we are not going ahead with the deal and we stopped the chque payment from our end but still they are following us for the agreement saying that since you have signed the booking form which mentioned terms and conditions. my query is is booking form a legal document?

Bharat me RERA bhi kuch nahi kar raha. Builders sab dhandli kar rahe hai. Koi ek hi government body ho jo buyers ko certify karen ki property genuine hai aur usi government body through buying and selling honi chahiye. Taki koi dhandli na ho. Par government is bare me kuch nahi kar rahi taki transparency aa jaye. Is mamle me lawyers bahut lut lete hai customer ko. Sab golmaal hai bharat me. Government kuch nahi kar rahi.

5 months ho gaye avi tak BBA nahi diya. bola tha booking se within 90 days flat ready kar dega. payment v 10% le chuka hai.
