I have an query if some project gets approved for 4 flats in one floor of 2 bhk each in rera and aawas vikas but they merged the 2 bhk each and made it two flats on floor of 4 bhk without approval and when asked they said they don’t need approval as they have made less unit instead of more units is it genuines or legally can be questioned should we invest in that kind of project
