    1) Maintance charges max 2rs /sqfeet
    2) Expenses of swimming pool, club house, gym
    3) water supply management ( bor well) Maintance will increase every month ( per person how much will get)
    4) sewerage treatment plant, once population will increase it will create pblm...need treatment plant
    5) Society development wellfair when will happened? Builder must provide audit of exp from beginning
    6) Tri party agreement must contain: Drainage, water management , road const, Maintance,water supply, sewerage. Flat related rules, builder accountability.

    About the water issue, it doesn't matter how much they reassured you before buying. The problem will occur and you will have to pay for tankers. Asking beforehand does nothing.

    I have an query if some project gets approved for 4 flats in one floor of 2 bhk each in rera and aawas vikas but they merged the 2 bhk each and made it two flats on floor of 4 bhk without approval and when asked they said they don’t need approval as they have made less unit instead of more units is it genuines or legally can be questioned should we invest in that kind of project

      हाउसिंग बोर्ड में क्वालिटी चेक करने की जरूरत है। सिवरेज, पानी, बिजली जैसी समस्याओं का सामना हाउसिंग बोर्ड में नहीं करना पड़ता।
      एक बात और हाउसिंग बोर्ड की वह सोसाइटी सबसे अपडेट मिलेगी, जिसकी RWA पजेशन के सालभर में बना दी गई हो। कई प्रोजेक्ट ऐसे भी हैं जिनका पजेशन 2013-14 में दिया था, और RWA 2022 में बनाई है।
