    1) Maintance charges max 2rs /sqfeet
    2) Expenses of swimming pool, club house, gym
    3) water supply management ( bor well) Maintance will increase every month ( per person how much will get)
    4) sewerage treatment plant, once population will increase it will create pblm...need treatment plant
    5) Society development wellfair when will happened? Builder must provide audit of exp from beginning
    6) Tri party agreement must contain: Drainage, water management , road const, Maintance,water supply, sewerage. Flat related rules, builder accountability.

    About the water issue, it doesn't matter how much they reassured you before buying. The problem will occur and you will have to pay for tankers. Asking beforehand does nothing.

Bahut hi badhiya jankari de rehe ho,mentinence dene ki jankari honi chaiye,jayada show h toh charges bhi full h.so simple flats hi lene sahi h🙏👍👍

    1. Even if they tell you per sq. ft rate for maintenance charges in future, but they don't give in writing and it varies when society formation done.
    2. Amenities- Always buy without swimming pool option because you don't do swimming every day and cost of maintenance will be very less.

      There is no logic in per sq ft rates।
      The total actual cost has to be divided by number of flats।that is law
      In lifts and common facilities expenses are hardly 1.5 crores for a 500 flats colony
