      KGK हो या कोई और लेने से पहले चेक करें। उसके बाद ही लें। G+3 या G+9 में ले रहे हैं तो पश्चिम दिशा में वेंटिलेशन के फ्लैट लेने से बचें।

    Sir ek query he..flat lene ke baad vo old ho jata he..baad me usko new banana padega ..kya fir dubara 30 or 40 or 50 lakh per room nikalna padata he vahi building gira ke naya banane ke liye.
    To fir flat system hi loss vala investment he...small building gira ke new bada vala building banaya ja sakta he jisme free me builder apana bana k4 de dega..but bade bade building vale to mar gaye fir dubara banane ko paisa dena padega.
    I baat sahi he kya

      Good Choice. अगर लिफ्ट न हो तो जितना नीचे के फ्लोर हो बेहतर है। लिफ्ट कमजोर या लोकल कंपनी की है तो भी यही चॉइस ठीक है। लेकिन लिफ्ट अच्छी है, तो आप पहले फ्लोर पर लें या चौथे पर सभी विकल्प अच्छे हैं।
      ऐसे में आपको तय करना है सुविधा और पसंद के अनुसार। बाकी पहला फ्लोर बढ़िया चॉइस है। शुभकामनाएं घर खरीदने के लिए 💐

      पहली जानकारी - RERA कोई प्रोजेक्ट अप्रूव नहीं करता, रजिस्टर करता है। कोशिश करें जो प्रोजेक्ट में 9 या 9 से ज्यादा कितने भी फ्लैट हों तो उसमें फ्लैट तभी लें जब वह RERA Registered हो। इससे जब भी आपको कोई समस्या होगी, तो आप RERA का दरवाजा खटखटाने की स्थिति में होंगे।

    Every group housing having 8 flats has to form AoA. They are bound to pay. There are high interest charges allowed. RWAs don't use law as they have only one interest get votes enter RWA and make money .Security is perception only created , as if Taliban are waiting outside every housing society or Bachhan is living inside. Only one guard at main gate with modern equipment is enough to do watch and ward and coordinate . One on patrolling duty inside. It is basically joint task of Police and residents called community policing. Security has become big business and wastage of money

    Sir, in a tower of Stilt Parking + Lower Ground , Upper Ground + 14 Floors ( Total Comes to 16 Floors ). In this Tower Which Floor Selection Shall be Ideal and Best to Choose from 5th, 7th, 9th Floor.
    Yes actually i have checked even 2nd or from 3rd floor ventilation and natural light is good enough untill nothing is built in front of that view....since its having lower ground and upper ground so even 5th floor will come to 7th floor.... Right...
    on actual it will come to ( 7th) 9th and 9th ( 11th ) floor....other than stairs issue....plz comment...

      Viren Ji, जिस भी ग्रुप का फ्लैट या प्रॉपर्टी लेने का प्लान जब भी करें, उस ग्रुप के 2 से 3 साल पुराने प्रोजेक्ट्स विजिट जरूर करें। वहां किस तरह के विवाद या समस्या आ रही हैं। यह फीडबैक आपको सही बिल्डर चुनने में मदद करेगा।

    Jakhar saheb, need to know, what action JDA takes, if by mistake we have not left right setback in commercial property. यदि हमने कॉमर्शियल प्रोपर्टी पर 20 फिट की जगह 15 फीट सेटबैक छोड़ा और JDA का नोटिस आ गया, अब एक्शन क्या होगा। क्या हम अब एक्स्ट्रा हिस्सा तोड़ सकते है? JDA अनुमति देगा हमे सिर्फ एक्स्ट्रा हिस्सा तोड़कर नियम के अंदर आने का। plz provide info.

      आपको जयपुर विकास प्राधिकरण के नियमानुसार ही निर्माण को कायम रखना होगा। जब नोटिस ही आ गया है तो निश्चित ही प्राधिकरण की ओर से तोड़फोड़ की कार्यवाही होगी। आप नोटिस लेकर संबंधित विभाग के सक्षम अधिकारियों से मुलाकात करें। सभवतः कोई मदद कर दें।
