      It’s a win for USA too. The more developed the global economy the better American trade will be. Any boost in global trade is a boost to everyone globally. People think trade only one side can win, with trade everyone does unless one side trades unfairly. Even you think this (keep crying trolls) it’s so pathetic and small minded. It’s the same reason cities are always more tolerant of others, simply because they are usually more intelligent.

      Fadzilicious It's not a win for the US. The US is in decline and since you keep voting republican like trump who love trade wars, you will be at a disadvantage. Manufacturing will never return to the US and the Americans need Chinese products because they are cheaper which most Americans can afford. This is now the Asian century. Google One Belt, One Road. The Chinese behemoth is on the move and america has nothing to counter this sphere of influence. America makes enemies around the world and the giants Russia and China are building bridges.

      After connecting to chinas pipe system, they can sell whatever is left to other bordering countries and also get money for transit, like its happening in EU. This will make gas a bit more costly but option is there.

    • @jayblack7166
      @jayblack7166 6 лет назад +21

      They don't need land connection! Russia is professional in building pipelines in sea. From China its easy to pull a pipeline to South Korea and then to Japan. They discussed it about a year ago about possible connection on gas pipes between the countries.
      Russia already has 1 pipe across black sea and one through baltics and building another 2, one in baltic and one in black sea. Water is not a problem.

I support Russia and I'm so thankful that Putin keeps my war hungry country(usa) in line from time to time. but we need to be putting as much energy into getting off fossil fuels as we spend into burning ourselves alive.

      China has already met its target for greenhouse gas for 2020. It’s moving away from coal and using the cleaner burning Russian gas instead. Concurrently, it is installing hydropower, windmills, solar panels and nuclear plants as fast as it can. In 2018 , China spent $100 billion, more than any other country. China’s plan is to eventually use nuclear energy....possibly from nuclear fusion plants. But that’s 30 years from now.

    China is the largest importer of oil and natural gas in the world This will tie Russia, China and Iran together in a major financial way. China and Iran in time will completely break any energy dependence on the west and because over the longer term the currency exchange will based on a gold standard it will have a major effect on the American dollar. People have to understand that paper money propped up by 24 trillion in debt has to give way to a more secure currency. China nd Russia's plans are correct. Keep your military spending in check and keep the economy safe by stock piling thousands of tons of gold and protecting your citizens from a currency that must crash.

    Honshu and the industrial heart of Japan is just 945km from Vladivostok..and Russia and Japan are natural commercial partners. Japan could obtain all of its energy needs from Primorsky in Eastern Siberia and thereby avoid transiting the South China Sea. China could then never interdict its energy supplies in a future conflict. Japanese investment could transform Vladivostok into an ice-free container port to rival even Shanghai...then supply high speed container trains for transportiong goodsto the West. A rival to China's Silk Road.

    As far as I can tell, all of Russia's pipeline web that is throughout EU is post Soviet. Maybe someone can correct me on this but what "Soviet pipeline"?

    • @magellanmax
      @magellanmax 6 лет назад

      The pipelines running through Ukraine (Brotherhood Pipeline) to the EU and the other one running through Belarus to Poland and onwards were built pre-1990. Most interconnectors within the EU were built post Soviet era.
