Been thinking about to switch from Windows to Linux Fedora and being able to customize the desktop so easily may be the last little push. :) I am probably going to install fedora on my old laptop soon for testing and maybe on my main PC as soon as a few more apps/games are available, I get a second ssd for dual boot or if i can play most missing games on my PS5 with mouse and keyboard :) Evolve will obviously also be installed ;)

why didnt you just use desktop portal instead of making your own file picker? Would've looked better integrated

Unfortunately, it does not work properly on Ubuntu 23.10. I don't have the Adwaita theme and no default theme to go back to the original layout :(
