I'd make the back porch a 3 season room.
Kitchen/dining room is swoon-worthy ❤
Love the exterior and the vaulted ceiling. I could learn to live with it, but not a fan of the laundry room and porch door off the living room. I'd like to see the kitchen in that area instead. I agree the porch would be a nice screenedor 3 season room.
Great but I'd make 2 small changes - 1. add a frosted glass insert for the pantry door (blends in with the upper cabinets) and 2. the half bath won't work as drawn - no one likes not having a sink in with the toilet and the utility sink is not setup as the 'sink'. Replace the standard door with a pocket door and put in a swallow corner sink in the right corner - should satisfy the majority of folks out there. 🙂
Thank you!! 😊
Perfect, adorable. The only change I would make is no tub for this senior & add a garage. Love the stone & porch❤❤😊
Yes, I would add a garage to the left of the house, with a storage room for bicycles, garden furniture or larger supplies.
Confortable y maravillosa por dentro y por fuera!🎉
❤❤❤
It's my dream house~
The super purrffect house for mee!
❤❤❤😂😮😅😅😅😅un baño más
Wow, what an adorable little home. There's actually a laundry room with a side by side washer and dryer. It's perfect!
Beautiful!!!
Deffently small but cute as a button. Would eliminate the the toilet off laundry & expand laundry room.
I like the recessed front door and the entry. Dispose of the artificial (no chimney) fireplace. Barn doors do not block sounds and odors as well as conventional doors, so it's not a good choice for this bathroom. But otherwise a functional plan.
Stunningly beautiful except for fake fireplace. ugh! Propane, gas, wood burning. Yeah! But not electric or fake. ❤❤❤
I agree. No barn doors on bathrooms. They’re going to be considered dated very soon anyway.
@@janisblack2183 They are a fad that has had its day.
Wood fireplaces yes, not an electric fireplace no way
Yes
It's a toilet just outside the laundry room and there's a sink in the laundry room.

?????
We're talking fireplaces
Vent free gas fireplace

💚💚💚💚💚!!!
Very good floor plan. The guest bedroom is a bit small for a double size bed though. Trying to make a bed that is squished right up next to wall is a nightmare. A twin or daybed/futon for an office would be well suited for that space. All the rest is very well thought out, thank you!
Thank you!! 😊
A nice compact plan for retired persons whose children left the house, but needs a major bedroom bathroom
Needs a garage. But like the house.
Absolutely stunning! I love it!
I love this floor plan. Just about perfect, except I'd put in a real fireplace insert with a chimney and a garage on the side. Perfect for me! It would be easy enough to convert the sink in the laundry room to be used as a hand washing sink. No worries for me about the distance of the laundry room from the main bath or bedrooms...it's a small house.
In the kitchen I’d put a small kitchen island. In the living room take out the fireplace and put a built in tv stand. In the full bathroom change the tub to walk-in shower.
Put in a real fireplace, screen in the porch, and it's gteat.
❤
What would it cost to build this home?
Not my favorite floor plan but it works for people who don’t like open floor plans. However the toilet in the laundry room is horrible.
I could live here However I would want window treatments for privacy and to keep the heat of the day out.
What program are you using to make these, if you don't mind me asking, and will answer? They look so nice. I've subbed to several of these to rebuild them in opensim. I want to also remake some of the beautiful SIMS builds in opensim as well.
Enjoying these so much tho! Great work!
Is this for sale if so where located? Where can I purchase one???
These are designs that can be purchased for use by your own builder.
Is that a toilet in a closet and did I overlook the sink? Also, wish the fireplace was a "real" wood burning one. Otherwise, it's a beautiful home.
Look at 6:08, sink is right in front of the bathroom door. I definitely agree about the fireplace! Was that a software glitch? I just realized which toilet you meant, sorry, I think the little toilet is an extra, with a sink in the laundry room, hmm, it’s different 😳
Yes, the one by the laundry room. It's not even considered a 1/2 bath. LOL It's bizarre!
@@daka1116 actually how about removing the toilet, put in a side door & make it a mud room since the laundry room is right there, 🤔
Can one purchase plans for this house?
No, this is just an artist’s rendering.
Put a sink in that so called 1/2 bath and replace with a real wood burning fireplace and I'm in.
Nope stairs to a basement.
Fridge way too big for that kitchen.
Where/How to order

The primary bedroom, you've put up ½ the artwork and then what happened got tired and said just dump it here - good enough. Put all up or all down, consistency is the key. The fireplace, can't quite figure out what you're trying to do - is it real, is it fake, again consistency. The kitchen - you have a full sized refrigerator and dishwasher but then ½ sized sink and stove/oven. Shall I say it again or have you guessed the word. NOW, as far as the design of the outside, siding choice, just doesn't do it for me. If you fixed everything, and changed the outside, it would be spectacular.
Laundry room at the front of the house, and the greatest distance from the bedroom and bathroom? No thank you. And the refrigerator was too prominent in the kitchen. Window over the toilet in the bathroom at the height of the toilet? Exterior was attractive.
