Decor is a little too Crate and Barrell for me and the green kitchen backsplash looks like a remodel of the kitchen in Silkwood. Pretty good design though.
The only thing I’d do different is to make each bedroom have their own private bath and then I would add a half bath for guests. Yes, the 2nd bedroom can use the 2nd full bath as it stands now, but I would want it private to the 2nd bedroom. I just feel like bathrooms need to be private places and there needs to be a separate bathroom for guests. I’d also like a small deck or porch off the back door. That’s just my preference but other than that, it’s a beautiful home and one that I would love to live in!
I'd tweak the bathroom and bedroom layout for the master to improve air flow. I like a window to allow air flow across the bed for a whole house exhaust fan. Overall, I love it.
I love it. I like the fact that the sitting room is a defined area and so is the kitchen. The best part is this design actually has a proper entry vestibule at the front door. I so dislike houses that open directly into the living space. Anyway a big 👍 for this design.

This house checks all my boxes. I'd swap the heat wasting wood fire for a gas fireplace, but that's all. If you wanted more counter area for food prep there's plenty of room for a rolling island, and there's space for more cabinetry, too.

It pulls the warm air from the room (and the rest of the house) up the chimney. You may have a special occasion to use it when you don't care about the heat loss and the cost, but people I know that have one rarely if ever use it. There are woodstoves with a window that allows you to view the flames, and there are gas fireplaces. Both regulate the small amount of air needed to support the flames and are effective means of home heating.

In the kitchen I’d put a small island kitchen also change that ugly green color tile on the wall. The guess bathroom I’d change the tub to a walk-in shower.
At 0:29, I see a crawl space access at the porch. This rendering shows a continuous stone wrap around the front porch so that it seems that it is contiguous with the foundation of the house. If this is the case, then this design is permitting rain water to flow through the deck boards and into the crawl space and will be a constant source of rot and mold.
@@StephanieJoRountree Seems most walk in pantries just have more floor space and not so much more usable space. You could have the same storage space in something like this compared to one you can walk into.
Not bad considering i don't like kitchens in the front. I would extent living room, that's the room you spend the most time in, don't want it cramped. I'd probably delete FP.

Le désavantage des toilettes dans la salle de bain est l'odeur là où vous vous lavez et l'attente si un invité a une urgence. Je déteste que mes invités aient accès à mes produits personnels et puis la salle de bain est un espace intime et personnel.
