Why didn't you include the swing speed and other metrics that are included in this device? Did I miss it?
I only reviewed its on course GPS and score tracking features. Ofcourse it also has the radar technology which I briefly talk about in the unboxing video. I will however post a review about it in a future vid! Stay tuned :)
I am disappointed in the scorecard feature and shot tracking. For the amount of money and being that this should be their "top" device, there should be club performance tracking and on the scorecard given the ability to count penalties. If you really want to track stats, this isn't the device for the course.
Agreed, the scorecard feature is a bit basic and besides shot measurement there is not really anything to it. However, don't forget that for the price they are asking, some sort of "radar-technology" is also included as well as some practice modes like virtual rounds and tempo training. Again, these are not top notch either, but given that it's a combined package I believe it's still worth it.
If you really want to track stats I have an upcoming video for you where I talk about the Game Golf Live device, which I have been testing for a while now and am really pleased regarding the data it provides. Videos about it should be coming online soonish.
You do KNOW that the average humans' step is only approximately 30inches, therefore short of a yard (36"), and a meter (40"), THUS, your walking measurements are off...NOT the Garmin GPS Unit!!!
