I love the naked hungover dolls scattered around. It's like Toy Story except they all just get hammered while the store is closed. "If you like plastic martinis, And getting caught in the drain!"
I know, I use to get on his case about it but I don't blame him for not being too quick to get back into it. And he seems to get into pretty entertaining situations even when he's not trying lately.
Dan, you should buy hiddious and bad smelling stuff like the clown and the toilet golf things to put in the dirty rooms to leave them behind @ ADR. Maybe even hide some stuff and check back a year later if the room has improved and to see of the hidden item is then still there. (don't show what and where you're hiding the stuff, that will be reveald a year later) Hope you like the ideas. :)
Long neck lady reminds me of beetle gueise. The mom made that head of BG at the end (sculpture) and scared her husband with it. I'd have purchased her lol
Enjoyed watching this! Found the old records to be most interesting, but there can be a lot of entertainment from rummaging through old stuff in these places!
Sifting through Goodwill Outlet is among my favorite activities. Sometimes there is gold, usually not but the payoff is good. And there are usually some characters.
40:06 so much of the stuff in those bins should just be sent to the landfill. I've never seen a thrift store or goodwill with so many items that were just straight trash.
I'm glad you didn't buy that clown. I was thinking Trilogy of Terror - Amelia. But then again you could have livestreamed the little thing chasing you around your apartment with a little dagger. Lol.
God, I loved every minute! And I was laughing so hard when you slowly covered the creepy, smelly clown! Couldn't help but wonder what this would've been like as a "Shopping With Rick" segment! Dynamite as always! Sleepy Dan might just be the funniest Dan of all! Five stars out of five!!!!!
28:22 OH MY FUCKING GOD I REMEMBER PLAYING THIS ON MY 1999 DELL DESKTOP WHEN I WAS LIKE 7. That just brought back my whole childhood fucking hell thank you Dan
How did I just discover this secondary channel this is the best, silliest stuff ever. Every video of you laughing at/with Rick's ridiculousness is the best
I love these Goodwill videos. Dan has such a good sense of humor. The real challenge would be to find something in there that you'd actually buy. ETA: I would buy that Rudolph.
Dan if you like real old country music you need to listen to The Carter Family. They were pretty much the foundation of country music and Maybelle Carter was known as the Mother of country music.
Goodwill reminds me of a abandoned building. A hoarder's paradise. Good tunes though. When Dan covered the smelly, moldy clown I LOST it! LMAOoooo I hope he was up on his vaccinations...
the 5 Browns are a 5 sibling classical piano(?) group from Utah who had some kind of career. They eventually exposed some kind of weird sex abuse thing going on with the girls. Dan wasn't far off with the inbreeding joke. That's all I know off the top of my head but I'm sure there's stomach -turning details online somewhere - not to mention stomach-turning music.
Have they ever heard of this magical creation called a mop? It would also appear that somebody walked in with their trash can and dumped everything out into one of those bins. Also Slim Thug was popular in the early /mid 00’s. You must’ve heard Still Tippin at some point.
Goodwill is one of my favorite places of all time. I got almost all my cassettes and lots of VHS tapes from there, and lots of electronics. I got a couple vacuum cleaners for 8 dollars once and I used one of them as a leaf blower.
#1 love your laugh. #2 love taste in movies #3 love the sarcastic wit.#4 the way you grab the moment to explore. #5 the way you view the world #6 (because 6 seems to be the theme) I cracked up when you covered the hideous clown, and walked away...
I can confirm that Goodwill Outlets MOSTLY charge by weight. I used to work at one. Every outlet store is different in their pricing, though. Furniture tends to be priced separately. The store I worked at had some of the cheapest by weight prices. Glassware, while also done by weight, was a different price as we got so much of it. Electronics also tended to be priced separately, however..most people took advantage of the "if it's in a bin, it's by weight" thing. They'd take things off the shelf and put it in a cart and take off the tag :/ I had a guy get mad at me because, at one point, we used to charge .50 for dvd's/cd's. PER dvd cd. He found a full season of some show, came with 6 DVD's. That that's like...$3.00. Mind you, it was brand new, unopened, still had the retail sticker on it from Walmart. It retained out at like...$40--$50 and he was complaining about paying $3. His excuse was "how do I know you guys aren't in back resealing these to look new" and my mouth literally dropped. Like, okay, I get it..but Goodwill - as much as I can love shopping at some places, is truthfully a scuzzy full profit shady as f conglomerate - they aren't going to spend THAT kind of money to pay someone to rewrap/seal things to make them look new. As much as I personally loved the store I worked at, to this day, I still refer to it as "glorified dumpster diving" (basically what it is..) and "full on supporting hoarders"
I was just there a few days ago! LMAO That interesting white dresser is still there. It looked like a wooden locker from the 1800's then I realized it was on its side.
Heeeeelllooooooo. eeevveeerrryyyooooooonnnnnnnnneeeeeeee *cof*iam@goodwil

I know, I use to get on his case about it but I don't blame him for not being too quick to get back into it. And he seems to get into pretty entertaining situations even when he's not trying lately.
Didn't we just watch one?
I think Dan actually needs to get laid!
Goodwill stores are where everything from the 80s goes to die; including the music. LOL! 😂🤣😆
Looking at the art made me think of a great idea: a Joy of Painting type show with Rick as the host.
Oh heck yes
@Rob Klyn With a soap tasting tour.
Rob Klyn *while eating soap
That long necked statue lady is going to give me nightmares for weeks, great. Hahaha. Great video!
It’s freaking me out! 😯

Dan you should've thrown the tongue lady across the room Lol... Hilarious video thank you! 😂👍
Long neck lady reminds me of beetle gueise. The mom made that head of BG at the end (sculpture) and scared her husband with it. I'd have purchased her lol
Yes that was it! I was trying to think what it reminded me of....
@@CUSTARDcustardy Ha ha :)
yep. Ithought so too!
That 2003 camera phone quality though.
Dan: "This is disgusting, it smells like mold. I'm gonna buy it." LMAO
Enjoyed watching this! Found the old records to be most interesting, but there can be a lot of entertainment from rummaging through old stuff in these places!
I love thrift shopping, but that place was a mess and would give me a nervous breakdown. Crap is just randomly thrown in bins.
Neck lady reminds me of the terminator special effects
That's it!! I couldn't think of what it was reminding me of!
from the chopper scene especially lmao
YESS OMG
You should have Rick join you. It could be rather interesting! 😂
I came looking for the dan rick duo 😑
Man, I love these! Do another one and bring Rick with you. See how long it takes him to get you kicked out.
Sifting through Goodwill Outlet is among my favorite activities. Sometimes there is gold, usually not but the payoff is good. And there are usually some characters.
After you talked about how great Rear Window was I actually found it and gave it a go. I really loved it great recommendation 👍🏻👍🏻
Marigold Pippetwhistle Great movie!!❤️
Take a black light in there
I would also recommend wearing gloves when looking through those bins
Oh gross...didn't even think about that! Kinda like an episode of "A Dirty Goodwill".
Don't forget the luminol :)

Lol.
I saw that movie 45 years ago and still remember how bad the little headhunter doll scared me!
I absolutely love "The Rear Window", also one of my favs!

Love thrift stores!!!!
Also, gotta love the fact that you always see naked Barbie dolls at almost every Goodwill when you visit one.
I love these Goodwill videos. Dan has such a good sense of humor. The real challenge would be to find something in there that you'd actually buy. ETA: I would buy that Rudolph.
Cheap, Crappy, Creepy Clowns!!! LMAO!!! Love that laugh of yours Dan!!!

We need more of these hilarious videos, bring'em back Dan!
I missed this shit so much Dan.
That weird long necked head statue at the beginning reminded me of a xenomorph for some reason lol
Dan if you like real old country music you need to listen to The Carter Family. They were pretty much the foundation of country music and Maybelle Carter was known as the Mother of country music.
yes indeed
they don't make music like them anymore that's for sure
I love these Last Chance Goodwills. There was one in Austin, TX. Everything was $0.25 each.
Every Puerto Rican household owns THAT painting 😂 14:36
I am sitting here cracking up at a 6 year old Dan Bell thrift roast. It has been a good day 😂
I enjoy going to our thrift stores, I love going to your thrift stores with you, Dan very fun..................very relaxing for me, yeah!!!! ;)

Can you just imagine what she looked like after shes been through 2020....😂 phewww
I love these Goodwill videos! So much fun to see all the weird stuff.
Foreman Grills-GREAT for changing a nice piece of meat into a tasteless piece of SHOELEATHER!!!They do work for grilled cheese sandwiches!
"The first thing I wanted to show you guys is this chair..."
This is great. You could do a thousand thrift store videos and I would watch every single one, carefully keeping an eye out for NES games.
How do you make everything so funny! I love your videos
Awwwwwwe.....you should have bought the "Potty Putt" game for ADR!!! "Rick as a baby" LMAO!!!!!

"Is it a gay bar?" Hahahaha !! I missed you, Dan Bell!
Love the old records at the 22:15 minute mark! Recently had a friend who acquired a bunch of Ray Conniff records from the late 50’s and early 60’s.
Dan IRL: *speaks normally*
Dan on stream: There's a glitch in the maaaaaaaaaaaa..... maaa... glitch in the matrix
You can find some good stuff there. I found 5 first edition books, and a cool Braves Jersey.
I go to Goodwill for CDs
Dan Bell, it's great to see you featured on ABC News! Love your work, and will always be a huge fan!
Love your videos. Please film stores going out of business. Sears, K mart, bookstores. :)
Dan, I'm having such a fucked up day and you are cracking me up! Thank you!
Rear Window is the best! Have it on DVD.
I like the Simpsons version where Bart gets injured the same as Jimmy Stewart and they keep looking at each other with a Telescope LMAO
I love your thrifting/goodwill videos. Your videos help with my anxiety thank you Dan
wish u could have taken some of your ADR testing swabs to those couches
I love buying movies in places like that.
OMG I just caught this vid -- and you have me laughing in hysterics!! God you're funny! LOL!!
Good call with that clown doll, he was bad news!
If you turn this into a series I would be fulfilled in life
That is the Cosby sweater of chairs!!

Holy shit this is amazing. Well done Mr. Bell
you talking with the guy about VHS tapes was really precious (: i hope he’s doing well in life
That Rudolph is definitely in "the land of misfit toys"!!!
I restore crappy Barbie dolls from thrift stores. I wanted to fix that Ken doll so bad

Good will is a scam. The CEO makes millions and the workers get.paid minimum wage.

Rear Window, great movie!
Cover that damn smelly clown!!! It looked as creepy AF.
