    Are you able to automatically update created fields from a subscriber's preferences? I.e If a subscriber does not select 'newsletter' on their preferences, then they get taken out of the newsletter field automatically within an audience?

    Can the email in the journey be interactive? Meaning, are we able to ask a question in an email which allows the email recipient to answer (yes, interested in exhibiting; no, not interested this year in exhibiting) the question and then have that answer tagged in their Mailchimp record which would then exit them from the journey or take them down a path to close the sale?

    I don't know if I'm completely missing this somewhere but how do I get the link for the journey to add to my website and or the back of my book where readers can click for bonus scenes. I have the journey set up I just don't know how to find the link to use. Am I being an idiot?

      Hey there! If you'd like to add customers to your Customer Journey, you'll need to set a starting point that will automatically add them to the Customer Journey. You can find a list of our starting points here: eepurl.com/g-DTjr

    Now can you confirm if this journey is retroactive so for instance, will my audience who already signed up will still receive this journey?

      At the moment, Customer Journey starting points only apply to actions or events that happen after the journey map is activated. Here's more information: eepurl.com/g-DRsD

    I have created a journey and of over 100 completed customer journeys only 9 emails were actually sent. Can you explain why?
