    As a Panamanian myself, it’s interesting looking at a non resident perspective. Loved your video, man!

    Nice video, also to see in the capital of Panama, Avenida Central, Curundu, Chorillo, Rio Abajo, Juan Diaz neighborhoods to mention a few non expats, non touristic areas, all real panamanians of all races, but be very very careful, you will be safe because you also look like a regular panamanian as long as you do not mingle to much, but with a local it is safer

    Laundry was one thing I based my AirBnB bookings on: either having washer/dryer or a really close laundromat. 😂 Thanks for the 411 about the phone. I’ve heard people say never get from airport, so maybe I’ll go to Albrook Mall after I get to my first 3 day spot before relocating to the condo by El Mercado del Mariscos.

    • @samjordan8800
      @samjordan8800 2 года назад +1

      Compared to the rest of Panama, it is.
      But it seems like just below Houston, Texas prices on the food to me (but way cheaper on the Tigo prepaid!), and the food selection seems better.
      But I am so glad I found this channel !!!

    Panamá has real usa coins? I thought they had their own coins

    • @edgardomunoz2688
      @edgardomunoz2688 2 года назад +2

      Yes, inside Panama Balboa(only exist in coins, no bills) and Dollar(coins and bills are the common currency) has same denominations. Coins are basically the same in materials and size. It is normal mixed the coins because inside Panama both has the same value. Just remmeber use all balboa coins before left the country.
      1 cent, 5 cent, 10cent, 25 cent, 50 cent. Only diferent coin is 1 Balboa, like panamanian I dont understand why 1 Balboa coins is different to 1 dolar coin, but both like I said have same value.
