Keep it up. Tell everyone about what a great deal Panama is. Before you know it, prices will start rising and the place will no longer be very affordable. Thanks a lot!
If they promote it it’s because there is still not enough people here for all it can offer. Just be happy your real state will appreciate thanks to this guy promoting
@@TranquiloCamilo Most places I know of with high population density are expensive. The more people that show up in an area, the higher prices will go. It's based on the law of supply and demand. And once prices rise, they almost never go back down again. There are other channels that do the same thing. And as a result numerous countries have since changed their immigration/expat policies as prices have risen, and now people don't want to go there because things have gotten expensive. Smart people already know that Panama has a lot to offer; they don't need anyone to tell them.
Hi my husband and I are very interested in living in Panama but we would love to stay for a short period first and experience the various places before we make a final decision. Could you assist us please
Hey Denise, Absolutely, we'd love to help you and your husband experience life in Panama City! Our short-term stay packages are designed exactly for this purpose. You'll get a real taste of living here, with a mix of everyday life experiences and a bit of the tourist charm. We'll arrange accommodations that suit your preferences, give you a glimpse into local life, and perhaps show you some potential neighborhoods that align with your lifestyle. Plus, we'll make sure you have access to our local insights, making your stay as authentic and enjoyable as possible. How does that sound? Let us know your preferences and we'll tailor everything to fit your needs!
In your introduction you mention Panama is an affordable retirement location? I watched the video twice and you must have a different version of affordable than most people since you compare only the most expensive parts of the US to Panama. If a quick search on a cost of living website (numbeo is one) is done, it clearly shows Panama is the most expensive Latin country ( along with Costa Rica) there is. Affordable compared to what? Mexico, Colombia and Argentina are much more affordable if cost of living, only, is considered. If the average retiree relies on social security for his income, I would not use the word affordable to describe what you have presented when rent prices alone in some of the examples you use, would take up a high percentage of that income. I looked at your video list selection and I would like to see your take on a specific video on the language challenges, cultural adjustment and what percentage of those who do make the move last. One study I read indicated within 2 years about half return home. After about 5 years most will stay. I am curious what transitional issues a single person would need, as compared to a couple. I am pleased that you offered a very realistic assessment of the true cost of living in Panama because most channels paint a rosey picture without offering much of a disclaimer on how personal a transition is since we are all different and have a different set of issues we must overcome.
Well, since I know 100s of retirees here and help even more move here, I am going to disagree with your comments on affordability. One of us is actually HERE. Let me help out. You should have said this is too much for me and left it at that. 🤷🏾 Thanks for watching and consider supporting the channel as a member THEN asking for what you want to see.
@@angelstar7656 I gave you real numbers for someone like ME. There are 1000s of retirees living here so someone can afford it. Thanks for watching and stay open minded to the fact that it's not always about you.
He never said things the cheapest place on earth to retire. He gave his input based on his view. Some people barely have 1K to live on. Panama City won't work for that. Some people have 20K per month to live on. Affordable is subjective. All the information he put in this video is accurate and factual. Whether or not you think it's cheap or expensive is up to you.
Thanks for making this video. That actually sounds pretty expensive. I have all of that and more for less money in Florida. I understand that Panama's cheaper than many American cities, but you can still find better deals than that without leaving the US.

Chuleta, Panama is awesome. So when I lived in puerto armuelles I got dengue. Do you think it would be save for me to retire down there or is dengue still pretty prevalent?
No shots needed. And do you think I'd be here if it wasn't safe from dengue?🤔🤣 We use a lil mosquito repellent just like we would during the summer in DC.

Keep it up. Tell everyone about what a great deal Panama is. Before you know it, prices will start rising and the place will no longer be very affordable. Thanks a lot!
🤣🤣 Hi hater! Thanks for watching

Why did you relocate from Coronado/gorgona to Panama City? Interested to learn more as a future Panama visitor torn between the two areas!
Watch one of the older videos on this channel. I explained the reasons. Thanks for watching.

@@GoExplorePanamá hey thx.. is there a good selection at the dispensaries?
Hi my husband and I are very interested in living in Panama but we would love to stay for a short period first and experience the various places before we make a final decision. Could you assist us please

Panama was my first country i lived in oversees. Didnt know anyone, couldn't speak spanish, totally lost. Have fun
Sounds like you did zero homework before moving overseas.
I so agree. I would prefer real numbers as opposed to subjective opinions as to what is affordable.
@@clintonhauck7893 Thank you for your insightful response. And thanks for watching.
Thanks for making this video. That actually sounds pretty expensive. I have all of that and more for less money in Florida. I understand that Panama's cheaper than many American cities, but you can still find better deals than that without leaving the US.
Then why are you watching videos about Panama??🤔
@@GoExplorePanamá To decide if it's worth moving there. Isn't that why you made the video?
There are hurricane in Florida. Too risky.
Is Panama safe for kids to visit? Is there anything for children to do besides parks and malls?
Panama is safe. Period. Full stop. And we have beaches, rainforests, museums, bikes, pools, surfing and all kinds of things for kids to do.
I need to make it happen I'm tired of Chicago and America 😂 how much do you think it is for a nice beach house? Thanks

I’m not near retirement age but I’m curious about transportation; would you say it’s necessary to own a car living in Panama City? And are traffic and insurance crazy?!
We aren't retired either. 🤷🏿 Not necessary to own a car in the city. Public transportation, subway, taxis and Uber.
Thank you@@GoExplorePanamá

Chuleta, Panama is awesome. So when I lived in puerto armuelles I got dengue. Do you think it would be save for me to retire down there or is dengue still pretty prevalent?
I lived there from ‘97 - ‘99
Sorry, one more question. What shots have you had in order to live there? I think I had to get one for yellow fever. Great video and thank you
No shots needed. And do you think I'd be here if it wasn't safe from dengue?🤔🤣 We use a lil mosquito repellent just like we would during the summer in DC.
No hurricanes?! 😍
Hello sir, are these prices in USD currency?
